We are sorry that you feel that we didn't meet your expectations. To confirm, your original order was mis-delivered by Royal Mail. We were in contact with them immediately to arrange a re-delivery and kept you abreast of the situation at all times. During our communications with you, we knew that you required your order by a certain date, and with this in mind (and not wanting any further delays), we re-sent the items to you which you received on time.

Floral light up headbands. In the past, uv body paint, beach balls and glitter glue
The products I ordered were just as pictured and of a quality standard. I am a repeat customer as I was so impressed with my items. I bought more!
The cost was well below the market average and is what drew me to the website.
The order/process/delivery was fast. I would definitely recommend to my friends and others.
