Item arrived promptly but there was a fault with it. However, Glowtopia responded in lightening time and sent a replacement to arrive 24 hours later.

I can’t praise the staff at Glowtopia enough. The order was processed and dispatched super efficiently. When the courier got the delivery wrong a member of staff went out of his way to ensure a new delivery was dispatched and arrived in time for our event. Incredible service! Thank you so much.

Quite good
Quick service, well packaged, but poor quality and design meant that some of them broke in the first 5 minutes.

Great buying experience
I am so impressed with this company and will be recommending them to others. I had a query and it was so refreshing to be able to speak to someone late on a Friday afternoon to resolve this. There is a big selection of unusual products to choose from, just right for the Christmas season. I
will certainly be ordering from them again.

It was a very pleasant experience. The director himself took the trouble to speak to me personally to resolve the issue. Thank you Glowtopia.
