Exceptional and amazing service from the get go. Communication between Bryony to having the windows fitted by Jack, Paul & Taz.
All of them very polite, friendly and did an amazing job fitting the windows and door.

I got a text message for all 3 days to let me know when they were heading my way and they were here ready to go for 8:30am. Not one day were they ever late.

Seamless experience for getting our new front door fitted. Bryony was fantastic in communicating and liaising before ordering, and was so patient whilst I was so indecisive. She offered great expert advice and knew her stuff.
The lads who came to fit the door, Matt and Jack I believe, were so professional, polite and tidy.
George was also great to deal with who came out to measure the doorway again after I worried about what our finished floor height would be, I felt reassured before placing the order rather than a nuisance, and sure enough it’s perfect.
The door is of fantastic quality, much better than I imagined and I’m so happy with the finished result. The next time I need new windows or doors I’ll be ringing these guys first.

Totally professional job of replacing our lounge windows in a small apartment block. Communication from start to finish was first class, Bryony, who is a delight to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, liaised with each householder individually and this resulted in a seamless job for all concerned.
The 2 fitters did an excellent job, absolutely no mess at all, in fact you would have never known they had been.

The installation of three windows was completed quickly and cleanly. The windows look great and fit perfectly. There was no damage to any of the surrounding surfaces. We would not hesitate to recommend GM Windows.

New windows installed with a minimum of disruption. The frames were so well installed that there was no damage to plaster or paintwork. It would be difficult to spot that the windows has just been changed.
The team took care to use dust sheets and to protect all furnishings.

I had two windows fitted by Paul and Matthew. They were both very professional workmen and the end product was excellent. I would recommend GM Windows and Doors and they will be my first choice for future work.

The team at GMWD provide a top class experience, from the office staff, estimators and fitters. A very professional service via WhatsApp and email providing quotations and updates throughout the buying process. The fitters made an excellent job of fitting the windows and door, which are of a high standard. Very professional and highly recommended.

I was in need to replace a window for my spare bedroom,saw this company in a local magazine did my research so i decided to give G M Windows &Doors ltd the job .They turned up on time this morning to great guys were very professional introduced themselves They had to come up 3 lots of stairs with all there kit and the windows i felt sorry for them but they are professional .They cleaned up after themselves will use this company again Thankyou so much.And a big Thank you Bryony and Fraya who dealt with my call lovey ladies they to are very good customer service staff.

I had two bay windows installed, from initial contact to delivery everything went smoothly, relevant dates were communicated clearly and kept. Installers were very friendly and respected my property. Really recommend working with G M Windows & Doors.

Fantastic company to deal with. Excellent communication from start to finish. I had a bay window fitted with integral blinds and the result far exceeded my expectations. Paul and Mick arrived on time to fit it and they have done a fantastic job. They are also very nice guys and they cleaned up very well afterwards. Bryony is a little diamond as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this company
