I required some guidance which was given to me very promptly and then my goods arrived very quickly. Would happily order again.

Greenstik responded well to my query. My other half and I have found they answer questions very quickly.

Ordered tshirt transfer, no instructions with it!!!! Transfer ruined. World book day idea ruined. Waste of money

I had some issues with my order but Cerys from GM Crafts Customer Services went above and beyond to sort out the problem with me, and in the end all turned out well. I was treated with understanding and kindess the entire time, as well as prompt responses and follow-ups. I'm really happy with the customer service from this company

Very impressed with the service from GMCRAFTS Greenstik Materials. Ordered one day and delivered the next and it was free postage too. Item arrived well packaged and I will consider using gmcrafts again.

Had a problem with a 3d printer...notified gm crafts of problem and they were on the ball with the manufacturer many times but the manufacturer was stalling dealing with the problem....expressed my disappointment with the manufacturer and as always the problem was sorted immediately with gm crafts and ordered a replacement...I can't express my satisfaction enough regarding any items I've purchased from gm crafts and especially my last order that was £750 so a lot of money...yes i possibly could have got my 3d printer for a few pounds less but the customer service from this company is priceless and would highly recommend using them.
Once again GM Crafts thank you so much for your time and effects sorting this problem out that could have possible grown into a nightmare for me and as Arnie says,'I'll be back'

I don't rate this company, actually pretty shocked if I'm being honest, bought 21 coloured siser htv vinyl for £53. Genuinely the smallest amount of vinyl for the price I have ever seen. 220mm by 500mm. Currently waiting on someone getting back to me so I can send it back

Travelled to a show to ask questions before buying. Very helpful chat so bought an xTool M1ultra. Told it would not be delivered until after the weekend as it was a Friday - it came the next day. Great service and good prices

I bought several colours of PVC Free Vinyl for use with a blue light diode laser cutter.
My order was delivered promptly and well packaged. The price was slightly lower than I had found elsewhere for the same material.
The Vinyl is thick and strong and cuts beautifully once I figured out the settings. I am making decals for my van and they will be great. The loss of one star is because the colours weren't true to how they looked on the website. In particular, the fuscia is barely distinguishable from the red and the orange was much lighter than it appeared on the website. This was disappointing as it means that my designs will not look like I envisioned them. There is also some discolouration on the black which means the whole sheet isn't useable.
All said, I am generally happy with the product and will probably order from this company again.

I ordered a Silhouette Portrait 4 and within 24 hours it was delivered. I haven’t had the chance to use the machine yet, but everything in the box looked perfect.
I was kept up to date by great customer service, via emails. DPD delivered my parcel on time and were very polite. Due to my positive experience I highly recommend this company.

I had an issue with a cameo 4 i purchased, it seems it had been knocked during transit (damage to outer) and whilst it looked fine itself, it would not align and cut as it should, i assume from the knock.
GM customer service were amazing, exactly how you would hope all customer service experiences would be.
They dealt with my issue, got a replacement out, organised the return. Were nothing but professional and courteous throughout.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

This company is great for all things digital crafting.
I've had four orders so far. My recent one was ordered Friday afternoon and somehow was the delivered the following Monday morning. Super fast dispatch and my orders have always been correct.

My email was recently answered swiftly.

The vinyl is competitively priced with smaller sizes for small projects and free postage is always a bonus.

Decided to swap from our usual supplier to try gm crafts htv vinyl, wish we hadn't bothered as it isn't upto the job compared to other brands, waste of money and very disappointing.

I will not be using greenstik for anything ever again.
Having bought my daughter a silhouette portrait for Xmas we were unable to get the software to interact with the machine so have been unable to use it yet because its been unpacked and swithched on they are refusing its return.
EDIT* I also emailed the general Manager Lee James of Greenstik and he didn't even have the decency to acknowledge my message
