This company is great for all things digital crafting.
I've had four orders so far. My recent one was ordered Friday afternoon and somehow was the delivered the following Monday morning. Super fast dispatch and my orders have always been correct.

My email was recently answered swiftly.

The vinyl is competitively priced with smaller sizes for small projects and free postage is always a bonus.

Decided to swap from our usual supplier to try gm crafts htv vinyl, wish we hadn't bothered as it isn't upto the job compared to other brands, waste of money and very disappointing.

I will not be using greenstik for anything ever again.
Having bought my daughter a silhouette portrait for Xmas we were unable to get the software to interact with the machine so have been unable to use it yet because its been unpacked and swithched on they are refusing its return.
EDIT* I also emailed the general Manager Lee James of Greenstik and he didn't even have the decency to acknowledge my message

Greenstik had the best on-line price for My Cameo 4 by far.
Dead easy to order, super quick delivery and what was really nice and very much appreciated was a pack of sample materials, so that I could get going straight away and have some fun with my new machine.
I honestly can't fault the service I have received.
Very highly recopmmended

My friend told me about this website, and i'm normally reluctant to shop elsewhere from where I usually buy, but they had a sale on at the time so thought i'd give them a go! WOW ... Not only are their prices better than anywhere else, its their customer service that won me over! Any issue I have, or any query or help I need, they are so friendly and quick to help me out! Couldn't recommend them more!!!

Ordered for the first time and had reason to contact as I had misread the (quite clear in hindsight) delivery t&cs. Found out after 5pm on Friday that my order would not arrive till Monday when I was expecting it on Saturday! I was a bit miffed as I had paid for next day delivery, but it did say plain as day that this service was only Mon-Fri. Fired off a message and received an after hours response kindly pointing out my mistake without making me feel like an idiot (I am though, I have form 😃). They did explain it may come on Saturday after all, but it wasn't guaranteed. Woke up the next day to a notification from DPD saying that would indeed be the case, but was impressed when the company also messaged me to make sure I was aware. That's above as beyond and gives me confidence that if things do actually go wrong with an order in the future I'm in good hands. Great prices too!

Great company,ordered yesterday ,goods have arrived but DPD this morning ,cannot fault the service.Great range of materials will definitely purchase again.Slightly more expensive for scan n cut mat but postage was included so broke even.

I won't be buying from this company no more as prices got insane and vinyl quality gone downhill... It's true what others are saying, vinyl does not transfer properly. After pressing it still comes off the fabric together with backing (and I do have a proper heat press). It was never like this before. They must have changed something. I'd damaged a lot of clothing items because of this. And once again, prices are ridiculous now, unless you buy super large quantities, as I do not always need.

I have had trouble with the HTV I purchased. It does not cut l properly and it does not transfer. I have tried what feels like everything to try and resolve this. I have contacted customer service 3 times now with each time being pointless because everything that was suggested to me did not work, and the people were very rude. They continuously asked me to send videos of the machine cutting the vinyl. Each time I did, the advice given did not work. If I continued to send videos to them of the machine cutting the vinyl, I’d have had no vinyl left by the time the issue was ‘resolved’. I tried to transfer a scrap piece of the vinyl to my chosen material to test whether it would stick and that did not work either, despite trying the suggested setting and many other different settings. I definitely do not recommend ordering from here.

Purchased an expensive piece of machinery lastweek, only for them to reduce the price substantially a couple of days after I received it. The box it arrived in was damaged in transit, so I don’t even know if there’s an option to send back as it is unused because I didn’t have any of the extra materials needed to begin with it. The website led me to believe I was getting the item under rrp but clearly now this was not the case, have contacted customer service so will update this in due course. Gutted is an understatement, seems highly unfair given the situation most people are in financially due to the pandemic.

I would have given zero rating if possible. Queried when item might be delivered as it had not arrived within a couple of weeks (ordered 25.11.20). Received a page long email rant by way of reason. Not really helpful as I would just like to get what I paid for. Still not arrived. No offer of refund or new item being sent and put the 'blame' with Royal Mail. I have had no problems with other suppliers. Shocking customer service. I will definitely not use this company again.

Wonderful company and my go to now. Perfect & super speedy service always. All items are Wonderfully packaged and you can just tell they actually care for their customers and that is really rare
