I think Gnomon deserves better feedback in here. I. have bought a few watches(15 and counting) from them over the years. No problem with delivery. And certainly no problem when it comes to aftersales. Repairs and parts have always been smooth sailing. There was once they sent a watch with a different strap as advertised(not fault of their own but the manufacturer). They followed up quickly and sent out the correct strap at no additional cost. When my watch needed a service, no problem too. Easy and fuss free.

Watch bezel lume started to disintegrate on a 900 Euro Squale. Very poor. Gnomon refused to deal with issue, although the watch was only 18 months old. Tried to sell me a replacement bezel instead of acknowledging the material fault.

Ordered a metal bracelet for my sarb017. Unfortunately the end links I received are not compatible with the sarb017. I have messaged gnomon watches and will see how they respond to this error.

Customer service were responsive and on the third try the correct endlinks were sent.

I recently purchased a wrist watch from Gnomon watches, I’m really happy with the friendly service, competitive price, product quality and fast shipping service. I will definitely be doing more buying fro Gnomon watches. Highly recommended.

The reviews on Google seem to be flawed after I have experienced their service at their stores. Maybe it's just a coincident that I see 1 bad staff and it lines in the worse later. Basically, I spotted a watch that I wanted but this female staff went to upsell the watch by saying all the wrong specs. Basically that's lying. But I liked the watch and asked if there was a discount. She only gave $20+. When I left the shop and surfed online, I realised I could have more than $110 off.

Anyway, I ordered through another person at another branch and the service was different. Everything ran smoothly until I accidentally saw her again. She asked if I still wanted the watch and why I had not got one through her. I skipped the topic and went around to see other watches. She did it again by up selling the specs on another watch that didn't have those qualities. I don't think she was new to the profession. It's more like lying to get it sold and keep more commission to herself.

What I am angry is also that I was shortchanged for not being given the 5 percent new customer discount. He did say it was a limited edition. But their online system gave the discount. Didn't buy online because I prefer to see, check and collect myself. I suspect they split the commission among themselves, which was why the other staff couldn't give the discount. He did a round off but that was not what I would get after the full discount.

They should fire this female staff. But they didn't. They covered it up for her by saying she was new.

They are not that professional as Google say they are. Compared with the watch stores around that area, their service is considered low class from the knowledge they have in general as a profession.

Fate molta attenzione al prezzo finale dell'orologio perchè se allo stesso sommate spese e tasse di importazione può risultare maggiore di quello a cui viene venduto l'orologio sul sito della casa produttrice (es. Glycine Airman 36 GMT).
Inoltre, le condizioni di reso sono tali per cui lo stesso è di fatto impossibile, salvo che non si vogliano spendere € 40 fissi, oltre a perdere le tasse di importazione pagate alla consegna.
Ma non è finita.
Stando a quanto riportato sul sito internet di Gnomon, infatti, gli orologi venduti da loro subiscono diversi test prima della vendita per cui l'orologio che viene acquistato non è nuovo di produttore.
Ho acquistato un Glycine Airman 36 GMT e mi trovo a pagarlo 54 euro in più rispetto a quanto lo avrei pagato se comprato dal sito ufficiale e in più mi ritrovo un orologio praticamente usato.
Non comprate!

Excellent dealer - purchased a Squale Tropic, experienced an issue with the clasp and they immediately replaced it with no quibbles. I’ll be a return customer.

Better to buy from the original Steinhart from Germany. These clowns are ok up until something goes wrong with your watch, even if it’s under warranty. My watch went wrong after 6 months, and Gnomon expected me to pay for shipping BACK to them in Singapore, AND then pay import tax and duty back to me in UK. Id already paid this once before, so now I’m being charged AGAIN for buying a faulty watch. In total now I’ve paid £120 in taxes on top of the watch price. Ill never use Gnomon again.

Ordered on a Tuesday and I got the watch Friday morning. Excellent and fast shipping

Just received my Seiko horigome limited. Everything is fine. Good delevery. Well packaged.

Duty and Tax - my watch failed after about 6 months, and I returned it for a free repair. This was carried out successfully, but I was hit with a £50 GBP Duty and Tax invoice on the watches return. This was AFTER I had already paid £60 Duty and Tax when I bought the watch. They should have offered to pay the second invoice as it really wasn’t my fault the watch was faulty. I won’t use them again, and won’t recommend anyone else use them either.

There was a slight issue with my order (ordering process on the website, not an issue with the watch). After sending an email, Anders Tan replied very quickly and helped to resolve it.

The watch was shipped quickly via DHL, and was packaged very securely. Item was as advertised.

I would definitely do business with them again.

Anders Tan helped me pull the trigger on a Glycine Airman for which I've been lusting for some time, Communications were excellent and almost immediate. The watch was shipped from Singapore to rural Arizona, USA in three days. And, finally, the price was right!

Will I come back to Gnomon Watches? YES.

I ordered a seiko automatic watch. I live in the USA. It went very smoothly. The watch was exactly as described. I was most impressed with the packaging. There was no way it was going to arrive in pristine condition. There was NO chance it could have been damaged in shipping. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

2 défauts sur la montre reçue neuve, le vendeur propose un remboursement si je renvoie la montre a mes frais et en perdant la taxe soit une perte de 90$, c’est inadmissible

BE AWARE! do not buy from this company! I bought a watch that fell apart within weeks of receiving it! My options are send the watch back at my cost of more than half the watch, or take a loss! I’m out more than $465 US dollars. Waste of money!!

In January 2022 I've purchased a Squale from Gnomon (ORDER #27703). The watch is great and it was delivered very quickly.

Unfortunately, I recently realised that the watch was sent with its warranty card dated January 2021 (instead of 2022).
I've been trying to contact the customer service for days and all I received is a blank automated email + a copy and paste answer from their WhatsApp account.

It is sad to see that a lazy mistake like this which could be rectified very quickly is simply being ignored. By reading also other reviews, my warning to other buyers would be to stay away from Gnomon if you are planning to buy anything above $1000.

You don't want to risk dealing with aftersales amateurs when you put a lot of money into a watch.

UPDATE: this was resolved rather quickly, after I started posting a few reviews. The explanation given was that the customer service was "on holiday".
I'm still happy to recommend Gnomon overall, but my warning still stands. If you are planning to buy an expensive reference, evaluate your choices carefully.

I don’t like being critical of any company selling quality goods. Please just understand that if you buy a watch from Gnomon, you own it and if it looks in person less that your expectations, you own it. I bought a $900 watch from Gnomon 4/12/22 and after sending pictures of this issue I had with hands and indices not matching, they asked me to return it on my dime and pay shipping for original purchase. That’s $240 US and this is why buying from Singapore is not like your local dealer.
I’m sure the company is just trying to make it, I just wish the cost of doing business was disclosed somewhere prior to accepting a package from Gnomon. They do sell good quality watches, I just think if it cost $250 to look at one it’s not a model that makes much sense to me.

Im a bit of a compulsive shopper...that includes all clothing jewelry and definitely watches. Regarding watches, I am not the "look at me I bought the Rolex Daytona, ive now made it" Frankly i cant even afford that watch but if i could there are a myriad of more creative choices that i would pick if i wanted to convey that message. What I will say is if youre looking for an on line watch company with a huge variety of swiss watches, unique timepieces, limited edition specials and the best customer service you will ever experience from an online watch company...you will not getter better than Gnoman. I look everywhere, i search compulsively for items i get in my head and going back to my initial point i have a shopping problem. Thats my issue not yours. And im not saying there arent other good on line watch retailers but Gnoman on every level surpasses the others. Just make sure its in your head when browsing abd especially buying a watch!
