Misleading prices offer, they send emails with watches offered at a certain price, than at the moment of check-out, the price of the same watch is increased of over £200!!!
Fraudulent marketing and huge time wasters, congratulations for your pathetic business behaviour!

I have purchased a couple of watches from Gnomon. All I have to say about Gnomon is--Superb! The watches they pick and sell are high-quality; moreover, their customer service is equally excellent. If you want to purchase a watch online, Gnomon is "the one." Look no further.

Seiko alpinist, Japan made (091) bought 3 days ago from Gnomon and arrived today. Perfectly packaged and presented and works a treat. Cheapest on the market at £500 with included free velvet bag and cleaning cloth. Not even the the compass bezel misaligns! Guarantee certificate signed and stamped and even post-dated by a day. Easiest purchase I have ever made, having said that I have yet to receive the tax and duties bill. This should work out at 22.5% including tax and duties which would still make it cheaper than the the non-JDM item in the UK. I have absolutely no problem recommending them, they provide an excellent service.

Bought a watch from them in 2017 and it came with a bent seconds hand. I contacted them to send me a new set of hands and the promise to reimburse me to replace it at a watchmaker. After following up with them, they ghosted me. Very disappointed that I spent a fair chunk of change on this seller.

Recently I bought the ocean one black ceramic watch. Haven’t wear a lot just few times and kept it in the watch winder. One day I decided to wear a watch but for my surprise one screw was out for some reason and then it kept going the same thing. I took to watch repair shop and they advised me to change the bracelet so I contacted the gnomon customer service by email and we was going on and on back and forward. I dis explained the problem to them and they said that they won’t change the bracelet. All the time they was asking the picture (pin out of the bracelet). Very disappointed with their service. So if the watch brakes then what they will do? Same thing -NOTHING. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Update. After I gave up with their service, they decided to send me a new bracelet.

WORST COMPANY EVER. SUCH A SCAM. I ordered a watch, paid for it etc. The watch comes and there is no actual watch in the packaging. Just the box manual and papers. No watch. So I contact them literally a day after and they have the nerve to ask me why it took me one whole day to tell them. First of all I’m in USA they’re in Singapore. I work overnight and our times are completely off. Then they have the nerve to ask if I have CCTV (video) of me opening the package so I can prove it wasn’t there. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER They treat their customers like crap. Treating me like a suspect instead of giving me a refund. After about 5 emails arguing they offered to send a replacement watch. Which I do not want anymore. I want my money back. Why send a replacement but no refund? It’s like they’re blaming me or calling me a liar. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT especially if something goes wrong. They do nothing to help.

L'orologio che mi è stato venduto ha piccoli ma evidenti difetti , ( piccoli segni sulle ghiera e sulla cassa), e per la spesa che è stata fatta ( 799 $) più tasse è a mio avviso inaccettabile. Ho deciso di tenere comunque l'orologio perché hanno pessime recensioni come post vendita. Ho il sospetto che mi abbiano rifilato il reso di qualcun altro senza fare un controllo che fosse tutto in ordine prima di spedirlo , anche perché la cassa è stata aperta . La spedizione è stata veloce ,ma se non garantisci che gli orologi che vendi siano in perfette condizioni che professionista sei?

Bought a Steinhart Ocean One 39 Double Ceramic Green. Shipped to Romania 1 day earlier than predicted and the product is exactly how it was described. Really happy that I found a Steinhart on their website.

Purchased an Evant Polestar Diver. No issues with delivery but the bezel insert 12 pip is off centre, so indices don't align, manufacturer QC issue. Gnomon should have identified this. When I complained they advised bezel has 1 mm of play to compensate. Doesn't make any difference as bezel insert is off. Left this Review on Gnomon site still not posted

In September I placed an order for a Squale 20atmos 1545 heritage ceramic from Gnomon. Transaction simple, delivery fantastic within 4 days . Product ... well this is where the problem started. The watch looked beautiful, but it wouldn’t work. I contacted Gnomon & told them about the issue, they replied a day later advising that I wind the watch. To which I replied I have & still it won’t work. They then asked me to do it again , and watch for a day or so to see how it keeps time. I was beginning to get annoyed at this point. How do they expect a watch to activate when the movement is not working ?. To actually send back it would have cost me the price of return shipping & plus the insurance fee to cover it getting back to them . Anyway I then found another customer with the same watch had exactly the same issue as myself. I was going to be out of pocket , Gnomon claim to check the timepieces before shipping . If they had they would have seen the movement was so badly broken that nearly all the gears had to be replaced , my grievance with them is that if they had checked the watch as they claim , this would have all been avoided . As a business you don’t lay false claims to your customers. I wish they didn’t have exclusive rights as AD for the 1545 range . The 1545 range is quite extensive & they are great looking watches. I got the watch repaired here in the UK at quite a cost . The watch is performing great , but unfortunately my faith & trust in Gnomon is tarnished

Habe dort eine Seiko Uhr bestellt, bestellung wurde nach 2 Tagen versendet. Ich kann nichts negatives über den Shop sagen, jedoch wünsche ich mir, dass sie ein auf mögliche Zollkosten hinweisen!

Gnomon could not have been more accommodating to me. At the onset of my purchase of a Seiko I put the wrong address of my old address, they fixed it immediately before shipping for me. Not only that but they were very accommodating to my inquiries. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will be purchasing more seikos.

I’m very happy with my Hamilton PSR purchase,the watch arrived in 3 days to Sydney.
Anders Tan was very helpful and the watch was sized perfectly as my request.
I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Gnomon watches.
Would highly recommend Gnomon watches.

Paid for the watch last thursday. It arrived monday!! I am in the US. Amazing service. The watch box was wrapped in a air cushioned box. Aside from amazing service the watch is fantastic. Did not have to contact them and from start to finish I received various emails confirming receipt, shipment and delivery. Will be buying again from these guys!

This is an excellent watch seller. Based in Singapore. I received my watch in NJ, USA in 3 days via DHL. Tracking info up to the minute and delivered as instructed. I would trust them 101%. Btw the watch is excellent and beautiful.

Found this company online looking for information on Steinhart watches. Ordered the Ocean GMT Ceramic. Ordered the watch late Thursday night, it was shipped Friday morning and recieved in Ontario Canada on Monday... yes 3 days later!!! It was packaged with perfection in very expensive custom made high strength type of bubble wrap. Also with a gift of a high end cleaning presentation / cleaning cloth and all warranty cards ect. The watch is first class. I sent a personal email to Gnomon thanking them. I recieved an email back in 24 hours from Mr. Anders Tan thanking me for my feed back.
Will definately buy from them again.

A chance find while on youtube led me to Gnomon Watches. Living in Melbourne, Australia I was worried about the delivery time and legitamacy of the timepiece I was wanting. Ended up calling the store and spoke with Justin regarding the timepiece I was after. He was very professional on the phone. Finally bit the bullet and placed an order on 8th July.

To my extreme surprise, my timepiece arrived on the 13th of July!!! Packaged to a tee, great security, ZERO damage. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Gnomon Watches are the go to guys!!! Keep up the good work!

How do you verify authenticity of a watch?
Do watches have a serial number that you can verify with manufacturer?
Does this company provide those two pieces of information? or How do they prove authenticity of watches they sell?
