It’s been awhile since I purchased a topper and ordered a wrong color. I admit I didn’t open the box until after the 30 day return policy had expired . When I did open it I had accidentally ordered the wrong color. Called customer service and asked if they would just let me exchange it for the right one .They would not help in anyway. I even asked if I could just return it and they could see its new tags still attached and make a decision, didn’t want a refund just exchange .While I understand every company has rules and regulations I felt this was very poor customer service service.

Your order was placed on June 10, 2022, and when we spoke on September 27, 2022, you reached out after discovering the color was not the right match. At that time, we reviewed our return policy: items may be returned within 20 days, or within 21–45 days with a 30% restocking fee. After 45 days, items are no longer eligible for return, refund, or store credit and are instead considered a donation.
As your item was opened well beyond this timeframe, it was no longer eligible for return. We also do not offer exchanges.
These guidelines are in place to ensure consistency and to maintain the quality standards of our wigs and toppers, as extended storage can affect how each piece performs.
We truly regret that we were unable to accommodate your request and appreciate your understanding. Should you need assistance selecting the right color in the future, our team would be happy to guide you prior to purchase.

I could not be happier with Godiva's Secret Wigs, both the company and the products. I've bought many synthetic wigs from the most highly regarded wigmakers and best online retailers. Godiva's Secret is the very best. My Godiva wigs have soft, silky, and durable fibers that last through many wearings. They look beautiful through wearing after wearing, unlike some of the more expensive synthetic wigs I've purchased. Godiva's has a lot ofYouTube tutorials that are helpful and well made. I am a fan.

I would give a 0 my partner asked for advise because they tightened it to much and started having white spots after fitting everytime its always something wrong now we tried to resolve it with them by mail they not professional one bit and blocked me and my partner after my partner using the hairdresser for 2 ywars and spend over 4000 pound they take your money and dont give advise 24/7 after care my arse they take your money and leave u be and more interested getting new clients because they know its 1000+ to start not 180 for refit will be taken to small claims as they are rip of company. After 2 years they wont see my partner because she had a problem with her refit to tight and now got white dots where that can cause hair loss and they always got different workers they meant to be specialist hair dressers but always got new workers very strange

They have a lousy return policy
They have a lousy return policy. The hair is like plastic. Looks nice only for a few wears. Once you wash it, it looks terrible. The Christie topper is ridiculous. I've ordered a few different toppers hoping the next one would work. But even so, they tried to charge me 30% restocking fee to EXCHANGE. No thanks.

Excellent telephone customer service
I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service that I received at Godiva’s Secret Wigs.
I had to return a hair piece because I chose a color too dark for my complexion and April, from customer service, was so kind to facilitate my return. When I was ready to order the lighter color, she answered my many questions and completed my order.
April was very patient and understanding throughout the entire transaction.

Topper I received is nothing like the one pictured on the website
I spent $179 on the smooth top topper. It looks nothing like the picture on the website. I prefer a topper with bangs. The picture shows the perfect length bangs. The actual topper does not have bangs. Unfortunately I was in the hospital when the topper arrived and was unable to open it in time to return it. Once again I should have looked at the reviews before I bought it. I was panicking when I purchased it because my hair was falling out so badly. It isn’t going to help me with that problem because I have frontal hair loss and need bangs to hide it.

Our return policy allows 20 days, and your return window is still open until 8/7/25. I sent you an email and also left you a voicemail this morning to assist with the return. I also see we corresponded by email on 8/5 and provided return instructions at that time.
While I can't see the topper you received, the Smooth Top Plus has the tag sewn into the back, and the front is slightly wider with bangs that measure about 4.5" in length. Photos were emailed to you as well for reference.

Very poor quality, over priced
Very poor quality, uncomfortable, over-priced wigs. This is a racket, scam. I am still waiting to have my money refunded back to my credit card. I have called and received no help other than to keep waiting. If you raise a concern or issue about anything that does not gush praise it will be immediately deleted. I do not recommend this company.

Dana, we offer many wig styles which can vary as to the amount of perma-tease. Perma-tease is what gives the wigs height and volume. You might consider a monofilament style wig. This type of wig is hand-tied in the monofilament section so no perma-tease, looks like a natural scalp part, and they tend to lay flatter. De gør meget ud af at reklamere for deres parykker og toppers . Køb det ikke. De har ingen kvalitets check på det de sælger. Modtog en top som var en ubeskrivelig stand. En stor "bulk" var klumpet sammen og hårene var syet ind i et stof som slet ikke svarer til dem vi kan købe i Skandinavien. Fik dog pengene retur minus et gebyr. Derudover kommer jo forsendelsen som man jo selv skal betale.
I det øjeblik du skriver noget negativt er det slettet umiddelbart efter. Køb ikke hos dem.

Since I have discovered Godiva Secret Wigs, I have been very pleased with their wigs and customer service!
I have purchase 10 wigs from them and love the looks and the freedom these wigs give me! Everyone loves the wigs on me, even my husband thinks I look great with one on! I don't understand the negatives on this site. They are top quality and worth the price. Peggy

Very poor quality so they’re smart enough to not stand by it
I wouldn’t write this review had they been willing to stand by their product and make things right but that didn’t happen.
I bought the first wig less than 30 days ago and it is like a Brillo pad. It’s unwearable. I followed their care instructions with shampoo and conditioner, no heat and I didn’t even brush it the way I’ve seen them do it on the video. I was extremely gentle with it. When I first received it, I loved it so much I bought another one and then bought a 3rd within 2 weeks. When I realized what bad shape this was in, I reached out to customer service who informed me that returns are only for 20 days and they cannot have been worn. How else would I know what terrible quality this was if I hadn’t worn it? So the 1st one can’t be returned because it’s been worn and the 2nd can’t be returned because it’s been over 20 days. The third is definitely going back. So out of over $1200, I’ll get around 25% back after return fees. They clearly know the quality is poor and that’s why they don’t stand by it.
I was in the Facebook group and saw comments about how crunchy other people’s wigs were after only 3-4 washings but they’re removed quickly. My comment was removed super quick this morning and there was nothing rude about it. I was empathizing with another woman who was also in my shoes after only weeks. The only way people can be warned and save themselves the cost of $400 per wig that I spent is to post in places like this. Please keep looking. I’ve had wigs that have lasted for years. These never will. Buyer beware!

Not Company I was hoping for

Purchased two wigs at different times but the color was so wrong I credited the first one and they charge for restocking the second one I really loved the style but again the color was wrong so did an exchange credit . They received the wig back five days ago and have had this money a month now I want to order my wig with the credit but I was told it takes 5-10 business days What a rip off Sadly will be the last time I deal with Godiva secret wigs . The person that answers the phone is not helpful or pleasant You get the feeling she could not care less

I believe this could be a hoax. I ordered a topper over a week ok and received a confirmation. When I asked about delivery timing they just responded as “soon”. Still can’t get answers as to when it will be shipped.

Been purchasing and wearing GSW’s since 2019. I love them - they are very real looking and comfortable. I wear the toppers. Love the customer service and prompt delivery. I take my pieces to the hair dresser for trims and thinning. Just love the quality and the product. They are beautiful!

I have been wearing GSW for over a year…
I have been wearing GSW for over a year now. I like their customer service , shipping is quick and the wigs do look like pictured on the website. But there is one flaw, all of the wigs really look the same. The wig cap is the same. It is comfortable but basically all of the wigs will give you the same look. This is why I cannot give them five stars. I love their accessories, especially the shampoo and conditioner.

Can't see the join. Silver stone
I have been wearing GSW toppers since the begining of the year. I have 3 Cristi, Curly Top and Bella top. I wear each as my hair length changes and have been complimented on my hair with each of them. I have always worried that people passing when I'm sitting down may be able to ' see the join' but yesterday I saw a photo taken in the pub by a person standing behind me giving a close up of the back of my head. Even I couldn't see where the topper ended and my hair began. I am even more confident in wearing them now. Thankyou ladies.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Given that the wig comes in a USPS box and a Ziploc bag, with their popped through tag, it does not rate the stars it gets. It was ill fitting and I am an experienced wig wearer. It was thick in some spots and thin in others. I wouldn't even wear it out to get the mail. It does not resemble in any way the wig shown on their site. I had ordered from them once before and the wig was just "ok." It was very thin and I could see the wefts through the back. I thought I would give them one more shot after a 20% off sale was offered, but I wouldn't even wear this if it was offered for free. Awful. I won't take another chance ordering hoping that the "third time will be the charm." Uh, un. I'm done. What you see is not what I got.
