Was kept informed during the entire process. The installation teams were unobtrusive and efficient at every stage.
From start to finish everything was handled extremely professionally and extremely quick.
Excellent reliable broadband. Cheryl was very helpful arranging everything.
Responsive company, excellent install (engineer went to considerable trouble to ensure fibre ran where I asked and equipment located where requested), service provisioned within minutes of installation. Over the 48hrs since installation speeds have never been below the contracted bandwidth. Can't comment on WiFi as using my own.

Was a bit rocky at first but it was getting set up but things were sorted fairly fast now I have no problems 👍.

I used GoFiber's chat assistant online to re-new my contract. Absolutely fantastic service always. I was connected to Cheryl Dixon who was amazing! Answered all of my questions very quickly and effectively no problems at all. Fabulous customer service!

I had this for few days now, and it the best actually. No problem at all, no signal issues, no stuggling with the Internet box. All pretty good, even better. I how it doesn't go frozen or jam with signal which is amazing ad I can work on my laptop and play on PS5 without having to wait for hours on down load which is what I love about it.

Just renewed my contract after two trouble free years. I spoke to Cheryl and she set up the next two years for me and was a delight to deal with, so good speaking to UK based staff who are knowledgeable and efficient.

Go fibre were brilliant. I called twice before installation and both times my call was answered straight away and the UK staff could not have been more helpful. On the day of installation it was very easy and switchover was immediate. I was helped make a password for my WiFi to allow me to easily connect all devices to it.

We had a problem streaming from IPad to TV following move from BT to GoFibre which despite numerous phone calls was not resolved. However a visit from their engineer Rhys Holland resulted in a successful conclusion to the problem. Rhys showed determination and skill to get to the bottom of the issue and he was able to sort things out, with the result that we are now successfully able to stream from IPad to TV.

We recently upgraded our GoFibre account to the Advance router. The Installation Engineer came to our house to do the install in early June 2026.
We were very pleased with the job. The engineer was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient, despite some teething problems with the router download and initialisation. He was meticulous with his fault finding and, with some telephone assistance from the "office router guys", the installation was a success. This must typify the image that GoFibre wants to give its customers, and we have no hesitation in recommending GoFibre and its excellent products, service and staff.
