I wanted a basic bridging software for my very old accounts package as I didn't require a fancy new accounts system. Enter 1 Click Accounts and the wonderful Melissa! They let you try the software before committing to it, and mine didn't quite work. Within a few minutes of emailing my query, Melissa replied, did some techy thing and told me to try again, it still didn't work completely but was very close, she came back to me with another modification tailormade for my old Dosh software and it works perfectly. June qtr sent without a hitch. I cannot praise them enough, as a very small business, I was concerned about the costs MTD would cause, but 1 Click Accounts meets my needs and is very reasonable.

A down-to-earth and simple solution to the actual problems which have been created by the tax office with MTD and spreadsheet use. Software works exactly as I would have designed it myself, with nothing to install on the user's machine as it's done in the browser. Well done 1click for clearly identifying the requirements.

just used the website for the first time to submit my VAT return to HMRC. Understandably nervous at this point as usually nothing goes as easy as it should but this did. absolutely amazed and very very pleased.

Very easy to use for MTD and reasonably priced.

Easy to use, no problems encountered.

A great Company who really help the Customer and a very easy system to operate regarding Making Tax digital.

1 Click Accounts does what you need it to do in order to submit your quarterly VAT returns.

However on the first ever submission, this did not go to plan as within Excel I had my VAT Reclaimed figure as a negative which subsequently uploaded meaning on HMRC website it counted as a double positive which resulted in the NET VAT (Box 5) figure being incorrect and there was no way to resolve at that point.

Several conversations with HMRC later over a period of months, has now fixed this error but my point to 1 Click Accounts was to put in a validation step to prevent incorrect figures going onto HMRC.

Lesson learnt, but I would not be surprised if others are doing the same.

Easy to use, good instructions.
Customer service is very good too, able to answer very quickly and very helpful & knowledgeable to resolve the problem.

So glad I used 1 click accounts for submitting my vat returns, it is one of the easiest to use and with a very small fee. You know exactly where you are and what you are getting

I waited quite a while for a reply to my text message query and as there is no contact number available to speak to anyone to help, I was a little annoyed. But, once, I did get a reply, they finally helped me understand what I needed to do and I then successfully completed my VAT return.

Very easy and intuitive with helpful guidance - it works. I have now made two VAT returns with no bother - something of a minor miracle for me!

Had a couple of querie's which were quickly dealt with

From the initial set up and waiting for HMRC to reply, using 1 Click Accounts with its step by step guide was self explanatory with helpful tutorials to get me started.

Brilliant - so easy to use with extremely clear instructions.

Initially had several hiccups getting organized and sending the first vat return. Think it will be easier next time.

We've found 1 click really easy to use but if you do get a problem they also have great customer service.
It's also excellent value.
We've recommended it to another business and they're also impressed.
