I had a really great experience with GoGadgets. I initially purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude with a 7th-Gen i5, but after receiving it and raising a few concerns, the team were incredibly responsive and accommodating.

They were more than willing to amend my order, accept the return, and upgrade me to a newer 8th-gen i5 Latitude (I paid in the price difference of course) — and the replacement was delivered the same day that the original order was collected from me, which honestly exceeded expectations.

Communication throughout was clear, professional, and friendly, and I never felt like I was being “difficult” for asking questions or requesting a change. The replacement laptop arrived exactly as described and in excellent condition.

If you’re looking for refurbished equipment backed by people who genuinely care about customer satisfaction (not just the sale), I can confidently recommend GoGadgets. I’ll definitely be using them again.
