My experience – iPhone 15 Pro Max

07/09/26: Agreed a purchase price of £500 for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and sent the phone to the company.

09/09/26: The phone was appraised and I was offered £290, considerably less than the original agreed price. After some back and forth, both parties eventually agreed on a revised price of £375.

Having read some of the previous reviews, I did have concerns at this point about how promptly I would receive my phone back if I decided not to proceed with the revised offer. As the company already had possession of my phone, I didn’t want to potentially face further delays trying to have it returned. With this in mind, I decided to agree to what I considered a reasonable price rather than continue with the process of having the phone returned.

21/09/26 – 1745hrs: Payment of £375 was finally received.

I’m leaving this review to highlight my personal experience. Throughout the process, I sent repeated emails trying to establish what was happening and when payment could be expected. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly directed to contact another department rather than receiving a clear answer.

While I appreciate that the transaction was ultimately completed and the company did fulfil its obligation to pay me, the process took considerably longer than I expected.

I have therefore given 2 stars. The transaction was completed in the end, but based on my experience, I would not describe this as a “get paid fast” service. Better communication and a quicker payment process would have significantly improved my experience.

Overall, if I were to sell another phone in the future, based on this experience I would personally choose a more established and well-known company.

Still waiting after more than a year

Absolutely terrible experience. I sent two phones to GoGreenGadgets last year, expecting to receive payment for them. More than a year later, I still haven’t received a single penny.

What makes it even worse is the complete lack of communication. I haven’t even received a proper update explaining where my phones are, what happened to them, or when I’m going to be paid. You should not be able to take someone’s devices and then leave them waiting this long without payment or answers.

Based on my experience, I do not trust this company at all and I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful before sending them any devices. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of two phones.

Avoid.

It was a smooth and easy process to sell the phone. Only feedback is if there was some more information about battery life prior to selling I would have been more informed about my phones condition.

This is such a quick and easy way to get rid of your old phone! No fuss at all and payment is fairly quick to arrive in your account. The only thing I would say they can improve on is more detailed descriptions of the condition of the phone. For example, I struggled to choose between 2 options and selected the top one. The company decided due to minor flaws it was a lower price. If there were better descriptions of or more options for the condition this may have been avoided. But all in all, I’m happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

The communication was really good and the payment came in really fast. I will definitely be using this again.

It was a quick and easy process sending my phone to the business and payment was fast. Although when they received it, the item was graded differently therefore I received less than I was told. Didn’t want to mess about with returns so just took the money. Great idea and business

The process was very easy, I filled out the form and received the Royal Mail QR code straight away. Once the item was received, I was sent updates about the payment date, then all was sent through on time. Overall a very swift easy process, thanks!

Immediate quote online, once accepted an QR code was received via email and WhatsApp.
Packaged and QR scanned at the post office which gave an instant label to be stuck to the packet.
Confirmation received via message when the phone had been received and a final balance provided.
Communication was easy and constantly updated, payment received into my account a few days later.

I was skeptical at first about sending my phone off and potentially not getting paid but after I’d read the reviews I thought I’d give it a go.
I completed the form online and sent my phone away a few days later. The whole process took about a week but was much quicker and easier than selling via social media.
They also keep you updated via whatsapp and email so you know what’s happening during each stage.
I 100% recommend and will be using again in the future.
