Really easy and straightforward service to use. I was originally quoted £65 for my old iPhone XR but ended up receiving £25, which was a bit disappointing. That said, it was an old phone and the whole process was super easy and hassle-free, so I’d still recommend Go Green Gadgets and would use them again.

Easy, quick, be prepared for the price that was quoted to drop as what you deem as very good, is likely to just be good, still much easier than any other way of recycling your device and making a few quid from something you're not using! Would definitely be using again 😁

GoGreenGadgets were really good, postage was free for the device and if you were not happy with the quote they were then able to send the item back.

Never sell to these scammers
They offered me 750 for 2 mobile phones but when i sent phones they said 300
And my phones working perfectly and very clean. They are scammer. I'm not happy.

They give me my updated price last Monday and I’m still yet to be paid got told to email finance department and said will respond within 6 working hours and still not got anything back, will be involving the police if I don’t hear anything in next 2 days

Quick and easy, didn’t give me the full amount of money but still more than most places.

DO NOT USE. They have lost my phone which they offered £570 and think that a compensation of £100 is good enough. They choose royal mail and they don’t give any other options. Additionally it’s plastered all over the front saying gogreengadgets. Inviting the temptation for parcels to go “missing”. I posted mine on the 19th September. It’s now the 28th and im still without payment. Even though they say “same day pay out” also… their communication is awful, slow and quite dismissive. Give them a miss and use someone else.

Good customer service

Sent my phone off last week! Received Monday and I’ve still not got payment! They really undercut me with how much I was meant to get too! Crap customer service! Cannot get a response of them! Either want my money or send my phone back!

It was an easy and simple process from my phone being valued and them sending the money across into my bank. Couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone who’s looking for a quick and easy sale.

Got less than originally quoted online but explanation was acceptable so agreed to go ahead, easy to send item with provided label, payment was received quickly and was kept informed throughout the process, overall a good service and would recommend just manage your expectations.

My money came within a couple days, there was no problems.

I sent my iPhone 16 pro max back and this was received on Friday. I am still waiting on my payment from Friday. This is not same day payment. I have reached out to them via email and was advised it can take up to 6 working hours to receive a response. I was then provided with the finance departments emails address to email as they are handling my payment and was told they would get back to me straight away. Tried to email and the email wouldn’t go through therefore had to email from an alternative email address only to be told again it can be up to 6 working hours for a response. Not a great first time experience. I would be hesitant to use them again.

The whole process was so simple. They kept me up to date and payment was received within the week.

Would happily use again.
