I haven’t received my order and no update and can’t get in touch with anyone!
It’s such a bad company!
Don’t use!
Reported to fraud team!

Edit. .. after calling many times I got through to be told they were waiting for a delivery on Sunday for it to arrive. Why taking orders for things you don't have and not contacting the buyer is beyond me. Two days later the phone kept ringing out. Eventually a lady answered. I told her I wanted a refund. I did say my colleague and I were due in Edinburgh next week on court duty. She said her colleague would call me in 15 mins. They did and I now have a refund two days later.

I've emailed many times for a tracking number. Got nothing back. Starting to think I've been scammed . Sick of messaging. These bottles are gifts.

Was very nervous after reading the recent bad reviews about non delivery or refund. however, i got my delivery with in a week and notification of such delivery so very happy customer. So thank you very much/

I will not be useing this company again as i didn't receive my order not very happy at all tried calling to find out what happened to my order but just rang out someone did answer eventually but they cut me off when i asked about my order very ignorant

Dear oh dear, what a dreadful experience. After a quick confirmation of my order I awaited its arrival. After three weeks I had to contact the business by phone. They apologized and said delivery would be by the end of the week, it wasn’t. Emailed to say if having difficulty fulfilling the then to issue. The emailed back saying refund would be issued and to all a few days for it to show. After a week, nothing. Emailed asking for an update and reference number for the refund, again nothing. Not good. I will update this review once I have a conclusion.

To find what I searched all over (Asda/waitrose/tesco etc online) definitely use in future also and highly recommended!!!!

Very easy to use and understand straight forward checkout and payment was fast shipment item exactly what ordered and brilliant price really happy package was well packed keeping the glass bottles safe and un smashed thankyou .

Ordered the wine for collection.never arrived despite chasing multiple times.

Went to them to arrange a new delivery to a home address. Promised in a couple of working days. 2 weeks later still nothing.

Shocking service and just lies.

Great communication and overall experience

£50 order never received, was a birthday present, have been scammed. Ordered and heard nothing from them at all, no refund has been issued also. Do not use.

Order processed quickly and good communication emails advising of delivery date and time and wines arrived punctually in good condition

Order Not received but they sent me an email asking to review the product. I assumed it was a postage issue but when I contacted them they hadn’t even submitted the order to their supplier. There is zero communication from them when calling they answer then serve people in the shop instead of dealing with complaints, I asked for them to follow up with me to confirm they could fulfil my order I didn’t hear from them. I called and asked for a refund they said it would be with me within 24-48 hours a week later still no refund the employees are useless. Do not use this business.

Speedy, no-fuss service

After waiting for a week for it to arrive,after they’d said it’d been dispatched, having 2 emails to review item before I received it then I had a email to say they’ve refunded me as item was not in stock, not happy as this was a gift.
