Ive used this company for a very long time I have never had a issue with this company even when I had to ring them once as I dropped my phone an couldnt use it ,there cheeses are lovely well packet always arrives when they should price is good value
I can't not fault them in anyway

Amazing value on the mystery box. My friends 2x are so happy and loved the cheese. I have having a cheese and biscuit night tonight with some of the chutneys as it arrived yesterday. My mother gets hers next week so sure it will be great. Delivery was excellent and on time. Will be ordering again nearer xmas.

I ordered the mystery box at a reduced price which was a great way to try a selection of cheese. 8 different flavours of cheese truckles and a box of delicious tomato and basil biscuits arrived 1 day late but i think this was a royal mail issue. My favourite cheese so far is the caramelised red onion cheddar and my least favourite is the Gin infused cheddar (But I don't like Gin), not wasted though as given to my Gin drinking relations to try. I have placed another order for Christmas and so did my Gin loving relations🤣.

I do enjoy your cheeses. I have ordered from you before and will again but never during summer months as the ice pack is always melted even in October so I do worry about the cheese life. I know they have to be packed a day before delivery but I order other products from other companies which come in cool bags inside the boxes then the ice packs remain cold

I bought the pack for a friend's birthday. They loved the snacks which supplemented the 6 cheese truckles. They loved the cheeses both from a taste and quality perspective.

Cheese is really tasty, a couple of flavors were out of stock ☹️ but my negative comment is that you’ve got no idea what the shelf life /use by is until your order arrives .

Loving everything about this company. Really appreciate the great products, been bought for presents as thank you gifts of cheese and wine evenings, all been really enjoyed. Xmas presents sorted for friends to enjoy, looking for offers ready to order, before the rush. Happy campers!!!!!!!.

What can I say but beautiful tasty cheese and great price and very good delivery. And watch out for those pickled onions 🧅🥵😂

Can't fault it. Great cheese, delivered on time.

I brought this for a friends Birthday. She has never had anything from Chuckling Cheese before. She was over the moon and said the cheeses were absolutely fantastic, together with the crackers and chutney. I have brought these smaller hampers many times, for friends and once for my husband. Everyone is so impressed with the products, presentation and packaging of the boxes, so there is no damage. Also you can get it delivered on a certain date you require and every time, it has been delivered on the exact date.

im a disabled customer i find the customer service excellent. and i look forward to my delivery each time it comes. As i know im getting good quality value for money. cheesingly delicously

Love these cheeses , & with mystery box get to try cheeses I wouldn’t even think of ordering. Gin infused & charcoal cheese to name but 2 of the eight cheese received . Alsowithy 50% off too all for £20. Excellent customer service & delivery on the day chosen . Love having that option too Thank you

Beautiful cheese have found my favourite flavours especially in the sale. Well packed love to be able to book a delivery date will definitely be buying more loving the Christmas box

I purchased my second order which was great when it eventually arrived. It didn't arrive when it was supposed to but that was down to Royal mail as it should be stored at-5 ° I was not happy not knowing where it was, chuckling cheese were very good and sent me a replacement which arrived next day although Royal mail delivered it to another address and I had to track by the photo they sent. I would recommend chuckling cheese to everyone as they sorted the problem very quickly.

I ordered a box for my girlfriend and some extras and it came exactly on the day I requested and was perfect! She was so excited. I know some people have had issues with shipping, but ultimately they do not control the post and can only do what they can do. Thankfully we didn't have any issues, and I ordered without even being in the same country (long distance) so I was extra nervous about it not getting there on time or being stuck in a warehouse since I couldn't fetch the box myself in person. Very pleased!

Good variety of cheese. Very efficient service.
