Love the products and so do the dogs. Only issue is the paste can be quite hard to squeeze out but better more you use.

Thank you for your review Su! We appreciate all feedback! We have looked into alternative package however we are yet to find packaging that is recyclable, will hold a liquid and won't be damaged during delivery. While we investigate this further we would recommend cutting along the top of the pouch and decanting the paste into a tub. We're delighted to hear your dogs love the product!
Customer service
Customer service seems to be an issue. I posted a photo on their page on Facebook showing a flaw in one of their products, not only was it removed I got no response. UPDATE, I telephoned The Golden Paste Company who had gone over and above what was necessary and can see why they have such a high star rating and are truly thankful for their response, needless to say I highly recommend this company and will return for future orders.

Great product for horses with sensitive skin

Excellent Customer Service
I have a regular subscription that I needed to change. Lucy handled the request and told me she would diary the dispatch and then change the order back to normal.
This morning I got an email detailing what had been sent and that she had change the order back to normal.
I am so very impressed by her attention to detail and efficiency which are so rare these days. Not only is the product fantastic for both us and our pooch but the customer service is second to none.
Would recommend the product and company without hesitation.
