Deposited 1k for the bonus, my deposited money turns into bonus money? Can’t withdraw my money due to it being in bonuses, tried it out can’t play with more than 7.50CAD? Then to reach the 100% match bonus you have to wager 40K! So I contacted them, made me cancel my bonus so I can withdraw then after that told me that i have to wager 3x to get my money back, wagered it won 1k tried to withdraw my money THE CRAZIEST VERIFICATION PROCESS I HAVE WITNESS.
Went through all of that, told me to 0-48 hours for a withdrawal progress, waited 2 days just for them to say 72 hours… next day contacted them and basically figured out it was a scam.

Moral of the story, ANYTHING CONNECTED TO CURACAO IS A SCAM PLEASE STICK TO THE REGULAR ONES I MADE THIS MISTAKE SO YOU DON’T HAVE TOO.

I decided to try 1xSlots and deposited 25 euro. The deposit was credited almost instanly, and the website worked well throughout my session. No extra verification was required, but nobody explained why it was taking so long. I contacted customer support and only received a generic reply that didnt answer my question.
The money eventually arrived, so i cant say the casino doesnt pay. Overall, the game selection is good, the site runs smoothly, and i had no issues while playing. Still, the slow withdrawal and unhelpful support left me with mixed feelings. Wating 2 days for your own money without any explanation isnt a great experience

Absolute joke with verification process! When registered i straight away upload my ID card, did face check and said all verified. So I deposited and started playing, played buy bonus on millionaire, and of course RTP was around 80% instead of 96 that should be, but I take it, after all its a casino. So I deposited around 600 EUR in total, played for a while, and I had around 300 EUR left. so i thought let me try to withdraw money, so requested 200 EUR, which they denied that i needed to upload proof of address and payment confirmation. When i asked support where should i upload, AI agent and human agent said same thing- go to profile, verification and upload documents- so of course I dont have the button there, they only believed when i sent the screenshot. Fix the interface then.They told me to send via email, which I did- never received, even though i sent like 3 times and sent them screenshot from outlook sent items. Then human agent said they still never received, i proposed to send via chat. Firstly, they said cant accept via chat for security reasons, then still accepted after i sent them screenshot of my emails that they cant receive. They promised to give answer within 1-2 hours, nothing happened.I wrote again now they said up to 24 hours, so I waited and of course I got rejection because I did not fill my adress in details section. Then i wrote should j provide documents again, agent said no need. Since then 24 hours passed, no reply, no nothing. Of course I lost all the money, its not a lot, but the fact how i was dealt with is absolute joke. Its 2026, but it felt like early 2000s. But they kept repeating to me that they licwnces casino. Never happened to any of casinos that have licence in Estonia. Will never play again and do not suggest!

Just straight up won’t verify me. I’m verified at about 40 other casinos. They hit me with an extremely random request that’s not listed in their kyc verification steps and since I can’t do it. They won’t verify me despite all my other docs and attempted to offer alternatives and so won’t cash me out 2500 dollars.
