I have received fantastic professional and comprehensive technical support with setting of my IP phone system , activating of VoIP system including remote assistance. All my questions answered. I am very happy with IP phone purchased at Goldfish : solid , state of art equipment .

I was experiencing difficulty configuring my phone (not the easiest of sites to navigate) but received very prompt and professional service from Leroy.

Always get great, friendly service each time I call, no matter how big or small the problem.
Have never had an issue left unresolved

Provide a fine service, but I marked them down for two reasons -
1. Their call forwarding charges (at least the ones relevant to me) are a good deal more expensive than others I have since checked.
2. Their interface is fairly unwieldy and hard to navigate around (I don't know any other service, so maybe they're all like this)

Apart form that though its as you'd expect

Excellent people to deal with, I enjoyed a seamless transition to VoIP.
