I cant over sell this service. It's great. The selection of local numbers, not just the nearest city, is perfect. As well, the emailing of voicemail and the app is fantastic.

I would highly recommend this service. Very easy to set up and great value.

So far great company to deal with...they actually answer the phone to you! Something EIR could learn from....and very effcient to respond with stuff. I've only signed up today so I cant speak as to how good a VoIP service they have but if its anything like their customer service it should 5 star.

I'm only using the service for about a month now but so far so good. Can't fault it.

After an unpromising "buy new software" solution suggestion. Goldfish came through and fixed the admittedly difficult codec conflict with a third party software, Im a happy camper.

I switched to GoldFish from SkypeIn so I could get a better local number. It's worked out perfectly. The browser phone, app and desktop phone are perfect.

I have been using them for years and no complaints ever. Even if issues occur their customer support resolves it in no time

A great alternative to a landline. They have great uptime and competitive call rates.

Since I have moved my phone system to Goldfish I have not only saved a huge amount of money but on top of that i get 100% more service options than any of my other providers could offer - call diverts - route to mobile. Just an amazing service and the staff and support could not be more helpful. I strongly recommend any business especially a small business like mine consider moving to this type of system. So hassle free and cheap.

While staff always resolve the problem after about 15 minutes or so, the problem keeps recurring : the system disconnects and then needs the technical staff to fix it. This happens about once or twice a year.

Very efficient in all dealings I have had with them so far

For a company that sells phone services they are very difficult to reach by phone (for either support or sales) and do not have a voicemail service set up - once you get them on the phone (typically after multiple attempts) they're very helpful but like most busy people, it's irritating to have to re-dial multiple times to speak with someone!

Additionally, the admin interface is pretty cumbersome - you can likely do most of what you need but it may not be easy. For example:
- You cannot edit existing routing plans for numbers, meaning you have to start from scratch every time you want to update your hunt group or forwarding sequence.
- When adding new numbers there's no option to simply add another number to an existing plan - every time you add a new number, you have to select the service, the package, the base package and the call plan.

Overall their VOIP and Fax to Email services have a comprehensive feature set and are reasonably priced and pretty reliable, but there are definitely other, easier to use applications out there!
