The team at Golfix, received my feedback on the product and made it right with me. I purchased several items and have been happy with the product for the most part, but most of all I was treated with respect as I gave my honest view.

Great company to work with , I had a little problem with my order (that I caused when ordering). I emailed the company and had a response with in a very short time. The offered to fix the issue that I caused. I can't say enough about how fast there response and remedy the problem. They get an A+ rating. Wish all online business were this easy to business with!

I'm new to golf and thought this might be helpful in learning proper grip which would help lead to proper swing. The concept seems straight forward but upon receiving the item, I had zero instructions and it was not intuitive for a beginner to figure out proper hand/finger positions.

I did reach out to Customer Service and they were very responsive, shared a link to a video to try and help. Unfortunately this still wasn't for me and they continued to help with a resolution that exceeded my expectations.

3 stars for me on the product but 5 stars on customer service.

Recommendation is to add instructions to the product packaging or perhaps a QR code to avoid the initial hassle of not having any instructions upon receiving.

Golfix was very responsive in getting my order out in a timely manner and was very professional in making sure the item I ordered (the Grip Trainer) was the correct one.
I look forward to great results on the range and course with the Grip Trainer.

really changed my game for the better quickly

These GolFix grip trains have really helped straighten my shots. I have to say, I figured they would help but was leery about price. So I bought some les expensive copies from Amazon. They showed some signs of improvement but would twist and tough on the hands. GolFix not like the cheap ones. They helped straighten my grip which helped straighten my shots. All without twisting out of place or hurting my hand. Worth the money and more. Must buy!!!

I purchased the Golfix grip and have used it during 2 rounds. I noticed immediately that my shots have been better. I have used it with my driver and irons. Straighter shots quick improvement to my game…Great addition to my bag… Big Thanks!

This is a great product. Easy to use and easily fits over my midsize grip. Communication with customer service was also very pleasant. Sure to improve your game.

After Receiving my grips I was questioning my decision went to the driving range and determined this was a mistake so I gave up. I then watched the Videos and gave the grips a 2nd chance AND OMG they worked I have so much confidence now and as soon as it cools down in Oklahoma I'm hitting the Course

I ordered directly from Golfix. Upon receipt it didn’t fit my grips so I contacted them and have to say they lived up to their return process . There are not many companies who will live up to their own policy language but they did.

The grips really help with hand positioning but I felt they were a little uncomfortable on my fingers.

Started using the grip trainer and in just a few sessions i can see and feel the difference it has made on my golf game. Never knew how much a change in grip could improve my accuracy

Great service. Accidentally ordered the wrong Hand Grip trainer, they quickly processed an exchange for me in no time!

Just a quick note. All I can say is Wow! Received my Gripfix and from my first swing I see the difference. Hitting the ball straight, opposed to my typical slice, and keeping it in the fairway. Now I need to learn how to hit the ball on short grass. Was just getting used to compensating for my slice out of the rough, woods, traps…

Thank you for this training aid. I would be surprised if it didn’t take 6+ strokes off my game and get me into the 80’s consistently.

I ordered the GripFix. However, they did not fit onto my clubs with the grips on them. I contacted the company and they were able to answer my questions quickly and help me troubleshoot
