1) When you can provide photographic evidence of a clear design flaw in a shoe, less than 4 weeks after purchase that should be sufficient
2) Sending consumers return labels which they need to print. It isn’t the 1990s. Provide return labels in items.
3) Said would cover cost of me sending - no such payment received to cover
4) Claim these need returned (additional carbon footprint), to then return to Puma (even more carbon foot print) to see what the fault is. Ironically the photographic evidence shows exactly what the issue is. Tongue rub. Not show what all the additional cost, expense and carbon footprint does 🤷‍♂️

Reality, poor customer service. Provided a replacement over a year ago without the extra cost to consumer and the cost to environment and no sound rationale for needing the shoe.

Encountered a small issue with my account today and cannot fault the customer support and speed at which it was sorted thanks to Graham.

Will continue to use the site and enjoy updating the golf wardrobe! Fantastic site

Unreal service all round. Ordered & arrived within 2 days, sent back my exchange on Wednesday, Arrived on Thursday and received my exchange on Friday. Super fast and efficient, never experienced anything close to that from any other retailer!

I purchased a golf hat from Golfposer (ordered at around 4pm) and was amazed when I received delivery at 10am next day!
I mistakenly chose the wrong colour, but it wasn't a problem, I reordered and again got fast deliver along with a full credit when golfposer received the returned incorrect item. Superb customer service and would highly recommend.

Ordered wrong sized shoes but sent an email after my purchase. They have changed the size and came back to me within an hour. Amazing service

Excellent service from Andy and the team, item was damaged in transit (not a Golfposer issue) and the quick response on email was first class and I had the goods within a few days.
