The largest part of my order, peanut butter pretzels was left out of my order and now 2 months later I still haven't had a refund

Do not trust this company to act appropriately if they make an error with your order

BUYER BEWARE…THEY TOOK MY ORDER WHEN IT WASNT IN STOCK,IT, AFTER 3 WKS, AND MANY EMAILS THEY SAID NOT IN STOCK AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME…. IV SENT OVER 100 EMAILS, AND I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND.

SO NO GOODS & NO REFUND AND ITS ALMOST TWO MONTHS…. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER……

Awful Sevice advertising goods that they haven’t got in stock then sending u what they want to replace items u ordered. There Sevice is rubbish no email reply no nothing good thing I placed order with PayPal jus waiting on a refund witch does take long but can wait AVOID AT ALL COST NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AN HAV NO CLUE ABOUT BISNISS

I ordered over £60 worth from this company and it was supposed to be next day delivery. I have a tracking number which states that Royal Mail were informed that the parcel was on it's way to them on Monday 15th January, it's now Friday 19th January. I have tried messaging them on FB, emailing them and have filled in a contact form on their website. There's no telephone number unfortunately. I now want a refund but I fear I will have to ask my bank for chargeback if I don't hear anything in the next cople of days. I won't buy from them again that's for sure. What a way to run a company!

Never used this company before, but I was after some tasty, healthy alternative snacks, for both me and my family , and I was after some fresh nuts for my squirrels I feed, and let me tell anybody out there that this place is outstanding, everything reasonably priced and things tasted fresh and healthy. Anybody who's had bad issues with this company before, need to get checked out, because I will not be going anywhere eles again apart from here, great nibbles, also tasty nuts, especially the dried banana and kiwi 😋, squirrels happy with there Brazil nuts, all sorted. If you've not tried this online shop before wait no longer , you definitely won't be disappointed, we all weren't. Thanx guys keep up the good work, another very happy regular custom. 🥰

My pre-Christmas order never arrived after being given two dates. Contact was difficult and communication was poor. Eventually, contact was established and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sorted out a refund immediately. Unfortunately I don't think I would use them again.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. There is no link on their website . They know I want to unsubscribe but tried to tempt me with a special offer I don’t want. I last paid on 27 December for a delivery I didn’t want. I have blocked any payments to them with my bank. This is a shoddy nasty organisation. Today I received a delivery from them and gave it back to the postman. Outrageous to behave like this

EDIT: After a week and a half of chasing, I was given my refund. I truly believe that this company was not prepared for the response from their Christmas ad campaign, as they were almost 5 stars until that kicked off. They may be better in the future.

The food is nice, but there is no guarantee you will get everything you ordered. The items aren't always labelled and delivery is slower than stated, which I assumed was because they were busy, but I realised they hadn't sent me part of my order.

Trying to get a refund is proving difficult. As of yet, they haven't acknowledged it. Customer Service is slow to respond and doesn't answer questions asked.

Bought over £30 worth of stuff which royal mail delivered to the wrong place. Contacted the sellers and they told me I had to contact royal mail...
Since then they will not answer my emails and I have not received what I paid for.
I feel like I've been ripped off by them.

Ordered on 28th December with a 2-3 working day delivery. Despatched on 29th, arrived on the 6th January. 2 packets not sealed, 2 packets under weight, 1 packet not displaying ingredients or use by dates.
Two items were supposed to be fresh…. But after 8 days in transit - dare not even try.
I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN! Order at your own risk ⚠️

Company taking recurrent payment from my mother with no clear way to cancel subscription. She has emailed and asked to cancel, had no reply and is being charged £18.99 each month for products she doesn’t want.

Never use again!!!!!

No communication, no fish, they did not answer the phone, no reply to my email. Still waiting but paid for it last week!!!!

I had a really bad experience with an order recently and have exchanged emails with Alice in their admin department who offered an insulting 20% (about £6) partial refund to compensate for a missing item costing £2 to £3, an underweight item and then less than 50% correct items were received.
I asked how that figure was arrived at but have not had a reply since 21st November, despite several follow-ups. I can't understand the positive reviews for such a badly-run company, with only mediocre products, sent poorly packaged and labelled, with only a 4-grade Food Hygiene Rating and no contact phone number. Although I paid double the value of the goods I received, the amount of money involved is not so much the point as their inability to fulfil an order correctly, followed by very poor customer service that fails to rectify the situation so I am now reporting them to Trading Standards

Ordered based on online product descriptions. The melon had to binned as it contained sugar and was not just dried melon. Asked for refund on just the melon but they flat refused.

Wonderful, fresh goodies, speedy delivery recommend this company.

I am in hospital and have had email informing me you are delivering goods today I can assure you I have not ordered any goods to be delivered please look into this delivery

Placed a fairly large purchase due to the Black Friday offers. Delivery was longer than stated and on arrival several products were crushed to the point of being just crumbs- the box was fully intact so this was clearly a packing issue of cramming as much as possible into thr box with no protective filling. Raised this with customer service and received a response stating it was damaged in transit when it clearly wasn't. No apologies no acknowledgement just fobbed off. Several of the products were OK but not worth the price and definitely not worth the roulette of whether they'd arrive in an edible condition. £50 badly spent and lesson learnt.

Some of my order missing, one email asking me to take pictures of delivery box, which appeared to me to be in tacked....then no communication despite several emails from me, at least £13 worth of items missing.

Absolutely hopeless organisation. Order was due to be delivered on 1st December 2023. Received an email pushing it back to 5th December 2023. On the day had to chase them for confirmation it was going be delivered but received nothing at all: Finally, received notification on 6th December 2023 that they were refunding me.
Sounds like a business out of control.

Awful Awful Awful customer service.

Placed an order back mid October for some honey roasted nuts as they were on offer and other various bits only to have the items "delivered" but no nuts which was the main reason for the order. Contacted customer service which took over a week to respond to advise they will "check" and get back to me.

Weeks passed having to recontact and chase they then asked what items were missing, I had told them again for the 3rd time, they finally said they will either refund or resend (no option given for me to choose).

Another few weeks passed and here we are, still waiting for a refund almost 2 months later. Terrible communication. Happy to take your money but hard to get it back!!! I would not recommend them based on my experience
