Been using Goodhood for over a decade
Been using Goodhood for over a decade. Recently made an order which I will be returning, all in all I’ll be out of pocket by £12 solely for postage. Really reluctant to purchase things from here in the future as I tend to buy more than 1 size. Real shame as has been a favourite shop of mine.
Super quick delivery!
Really happy with my order from Goodhood Store. Shipping was super quick and the package showed up in great shape. Everything was wrapped nicely, not just tossed in a box, which I really appreciated. Felt like they actually cared about how it arrived. Definitely ordering from them again!
I am vegetarian
I am vegetarian. The option was vegan which I am happy with as I viewed the menu before I went. Ordered my meal and a server came up and said sorry we have no vegan options for burgers are you okay with vegetarian. I said yes but what I got was two very small vegetable burgers in a bun. Not vegetarian at all vegetables going back 10 years or so. For a family of four all our burgers were the same price . Very pricey. £97.00 for four burgers and drinks. Will never go back. Don’t think they will last as it was very quiet for a Saturday

Goodhood sent me the wrong size (the right size was out of stock), I sent the order back a month ago and it's been delivered to them and I haven't heard a thing - no refund, emailed them 5 times. Having to go through Paypal resolution centre and still nothing.
Go to End Clothing, I'm a long time Goodhood customer but never again, Paypal has given me a timeframe of hearing back in JANUARY! Shop elsewhere as they are no longer trustworthy.

The company used to be really quick and have great service, but my last order wasn’t delivered and the company has not responded to any of my emails
High postage costs and you pay £5 for returns
I have several pairs of salomon shows in size 10 - but the ones I ordered from Goodhood were too small. Not only was I charge £6.95 delivery - but also £5 return postage. A rip-off.
And now, ten days after Goodhood received my return - I have tracking evidence - no refund received.

Would give it 0 stars if I could - complete joke. I ordered shoes which only come in half sizes, after wearing them a couple of times I decided they were too big so I returned them. First, nobody was in the store to accept the return so the shoes were sent to a local Royal Mail depot. A week later I was told my refund was being processed, but heard nothing for a further two weeks. A month after buying the shoes Ryan Casey got in touch to let me know they could not honour the refund as the shoes had been worn outside. This is fair enough however, it took a month to let me know this, and Ryan CLAIMED it took so long because the shoes had been worn. This is incorrect as I have sent multiple follow-up emails and phone calls asking about the status of the return.
Obviously there is no internal returns process or customer service staff. Goodhood still not have the shoes which rightfully belong to me and have not responded to any messages asking for them back. Would not bother buying from this shop - I have basically thrown £115 into someone's makeshift business for no reason. Shocking service.

I placed my order on July 11, 2025. Have sent multiple emails requesting delivery status update. NOTHING. No wonder these small outfits was being dissolved by bigger more reliable companies. Truly, sad times for high streets & badly managed online retailers! Not a place I'd want my brand to be sold via ):
Terrible customer service
Ordered something a month ago - they sent me the wrong item (stupidly for them a better and more expensive item, sadly it did not fit). I sent them an email with regards to swapping it for the item I ordered or failing that get a refund.... 30 days later no response.
Second email - no response after a week.
Social media message - no response.
Message via the online query form - no response.
The complete lack of communication is a shambles.
Total lack of follow up
Shockingly poor. I recently ordered clothing and no reply to any follow- up emails when the items hadn’t been sent after coming on 3 weeks. No phone number is provided. It was only on contacting PayPal that the order was refunded and an apology sent. Seemingly another dissatisfied customer - I made the error of not checking reviews in advance. I suggest you order via PayPal as they responded very quickly afterwards.

Goodhood has lost the plot...
Purchased a pair of Salomon running shoes online which arrived with a noticeable mark/scuff on the right toe. Sent them back the same day for a refund and reordered another pair (which arrived fine).
I can see from the tracking the faulty shoes were delivered 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a refund (I've also now paid for postage three times, totalling over £20).
I've emailed Goodhood's customer service twice but no response, so I've had to ask my credit card company to raise a claim.
Never known a company not respond to customer emails, but looking at the other negative reviews it seems Goodhood simply can't be arsed. I won't be shopping there again. Shame as I'd been a customer for 10 years.

I was a bit concerned after reading the other reviews on here. But the Stussy tshirt I ordered arrived quickly and well packaged. A customer service representative also replied to my email query within 24 hours. The parcel arrived after 3 days. All in all top notch!

Ordered a Korean body lotion with Goodhood, received an order confirmation but after two weeks still no news about shipping time or any kind of other information. No replies even after sending them five emails. Wouldn´t recommend this shop to anyone.

This is literally a fake online shopping website, grabbing people’s money as a free loan if you manage to get your money back eventually, otherwise your money would just be gone. Placed the order on 7th June, and then no contact ever since the order confirmation email, no shipping, no response to emails, while they did take the money via PayPal two days after the order was placed. I would not order from this website if I read the reviews here first. I trust that it is a legit business because they have a physical store in London, but it appears not. I am lucky because I get my money back (£300+) via PayPal resolution. It just took time until the deadline waiting for seller’s response reached, and apparently no one had ever responded.
Shocking
Shocking. Purchased on May 30th. It's now June 20th and I still haven't received a tracking number. No item. No customer service. Last email i received was on June 12th saying that I should get a tracking number within a few days but that didn't happen. Present was for my mum's birthday which has come and gone. EDIT: Reached out to Goodhood a week ago and still absolutely nothing.
