From the offset, Goodlife Sorted have been extremely helpful in arranging quality companionship and somebody to assist my elderly mother with light chores around the house. They provided us with comprehensive details of people on their books that matched my mothers needs and we were given the opportunity to meet with them before employing them. Mums companion has been with her for just over 6 months and mum now treats her companion as a friend, confidante and gives us, her children and other relatives, peace of mind that mum has additional support and kindness. Truly highly recommended.

I really value the visits of my helper, Linsey. She'll turn her hand to anything! She's always warm, understanding and supportive, a very good listener. And she shares bits of information about her own family so that I also, indirectly, feel a small part of her life. The time we have together each week seems to fly by!

Rachel from Good life sorted was our Dad’s companion for over year and visited every week . We call her our unsung hero . Our Dad William was a Captain in the Parachute regiment . He was diagnosed with leukaemia and a rare form of dementia which only affected his speech & walking . Dad loved Rachel visiting do puzzles , crosswords and jigsaws take him to the park . Mum was Dads full time carer meant she got a break. Sadly Dad passed in August 2024 . We kept Rachel on as she iss brilliant helps Mum now with visits to garden centre and vets . I contacted Good Life Sorted a year ago to find a carer for my elderly mum. A lovely lady contacted me and I knew from our conversation that I'd found someone who my mum would get on with.
My mum adores her carer and trusts her totally, as do I. She goes out of her way to make life as easy for my mum as possible and will take on extra hours to take mum for medical appointments. She provides the very best customer service. Thank you.

We had been recommended by other families to look at Good Life Sorted as our father has Alzheimer’s & as we all know more care & help is needed as this disease progresses.You get to choose from local helpers/carers that you feel will suit your family.. we are thrilled with our helper who is kind patient & very understanding with real knowledge & experience that is helping our Dad & us too! My helper doesn't only do cleaning and tidying and leaves me with a cup of tea and makes sure things are left safe for me.

Linda is flexible and help me with what I need each time. I enjoy having a chat over a coffee and this social time helps reduce feelings of isolation as does taking me shopping, or to singing classes. Other help includes changing my bed, sorting and hanging laundry, clearing clutter, carrying things up and down stairs, wrapping gifts, caring for plants, topping up bird feeders and light housework, especially the lower areas I cannot reach.
I am sure it may not sound as though the activities provided would make a significant difference to my life but they do , for they enable me to save and use my limited energy better. Helping me to maintain my personal independence for as long as possible.

Living with Parkinson's is often exhausting and sometimes tedious, especially as I live alone. The service provided by Linda from Good Life Sorted is like a bridge between needing general housework done (which is not quite enough for my needs now) and personal care which is not yet needed. This also takes pressure off my family.

Alisha is wonderful! She is incredibly patient with my mother who is 97. She makes the time she spends with her fun and is very interested in her past. She also does some shopping for her.

I cannot rate the carers from Good Life Sorted highly enough, the care and help that they are providing for an elderly relative goes far beyond anything that I would have expected. The communication between the carers and myself has been excellent and they keep me informed of any problems. We have had two helpers and both have been helpful to Mum, keeping the house under control and keeping Mum company.
