Steer clear ,box arrived
Steer clear ,box arrived , damaged ,/open no glasses inside after messaging back and forth they then asked for photos, by this time box was disposed of . Not enough evidence they said case closed. Terrible customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience.
As soon as you reported that the parcel had arrived damaged and open, with no glasses inside, we asked for photos of the parcel and packaging. This is standard retail practice and is necessary to investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
You initially told us that the packaging had been disposed of, but later stated that you had never received a parcel. Unfortunately, without any photos or other evidence to support your claim, it was difficult for us to investigate further.
We always aim to provide excellent customer service. As a goodwill gesture, we offered you a replacement, which you declined so we have now issued you with a full refund.

An issue with a pair of glasses received was dealt with promptly - a replacement pair sent out immediately once I had sent in photos of the problem.

Great quality and speedy delivery
Really good glasses. I have now had about six pairs in different styles . They are pretty indestructible and I have dropped many times, squeezed into a handbag, even puppy proof.

We’re sorry to hear that your glasses haven’t arrived yet. Your order was processed and dispatched on Monday 12 October, as we are closed over the weekends.
We use Royal Mail Economy delivery to help keep shipping costs down for our international customers. While this is a more affordable service, delivery can sometimes take a little longer. From our experience, EU deliveries can take up to 3–4 weeks due to factors such as customs processing and local postal services.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused. We hope your glasses will be delivered very soon and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

I really wanted to keep these glasses because the designs and styles are truly exceptional. Unfortunately, I had to return them because the lens strength wasn’t strong enough for my vision needs. It’s a huge bummer because I fell in love with how they looked. If the prescription options change, I would love to try them again.
