I'm honestly thrilled with my first pair (Millie white tortoiseshell)- they are so stylish and comfortable, a perfect fit. I only wish I had discovered them before being persuaded to buy £35 pairs from a high street optician.

The lenses are amazing, and the whole fit just so good. I can't wait to show them off! I'll probably get another the same (for when I misplace them...).

I ordered exactly the same glasses i previously had and when they came they wete a totally different colour when queried with customer service they said it was a different batch. I requested the postage to be refunded but never received it. Not good

Excellent!! Fantastic customer service. I bought two pairs. Love one of them, but my daughter said I looked like Harry Potter in the second set 😂. I sent them back, with a request for a a pair the same as the others, with a different colour frame. Got an email from a real person! requesting to pay the slight difference in the price. Phoned them and spoke to a real person!, who was really helpful, and took my payment details over the phone and the new glasses came in 2 days. Keep on doing what you're doing. Great products !!
