I puchased Pants that were supposed to fir a tall person and they were too short.
I retuned them and the office received them late april.
I still have not received a refund for these pants.
I paid for them with paypal. there is no evidence of a refund going back to my paypal account.
SCAM! I bought what was supposed to be Judy Blue jeans. No email confirmation or correspondence. Lag in shipping. When they arrived, they were NOT Judy Blue, but some cheap ill fitting Jean. I tried to return than and they were going to charge me $15. BS. Don’t order from them when you can get the same thing from Temu or SHEIN for much cheaper.
The jeans were advertised as LONG, were short, smelled like mold and mildew. The button hole was sewn shut. I sent pictures, return receipt and everything they requested along with the jeans. I never received any refund. They got me for $80
Scam. Purchased $77 of clothing through tiktok with the merch name "Ballapa." After two weeks, I emailed their support asking when do orders ship. They said there will be a 2-3 week delay, and I can cancel if I'd like. I confirmed I wanted to cancel. They said they are processing the refund and it will take 7-14 business days. That was on 3/9/2024. I followed up 2x since then with responses that there is "one person manually inputting refunds." It's now a month and no credit back to my card. I've reported them to the BBB.
Good Wear Club=SCAM! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They advertised Judy Blue jeans. I ordered the pair featured on their ad. I did not get Judy Blue jeans. The jeans I received were of terrible quality. I tried to contact the company to return the jeans, but they would not respond to my several requests.
