Avoid this company !!! I have been waiting for my goods for well over 2 weeks sent countless many emails no replies my tracking number does not even work anymore so I can’t locate it . Please don’t order from this company if you do it’s at your own risk .

I placed an order and received an order confirmation, and then two or three weeks went by, and I never received an email that my order had shipped so I reached out and it took quite a bit of time for someone to respond to me. I feel like communication can be improved. I had to get upset for someone to reach out to me and they issued me a refund when I didn’t ask for one. I asked for the order that I placed when I reached out again no one has responded so now I have a refund that I don’t want and I have no idea whether my order will be shipped, which is what I originally wanted to know.
Took way to long for the shoes to ship and it took literally almost a month to receive them. The company needs to be on it when people order from them and no one wants to be waiting for weeks for their order
Not too bad. I did order one grey, one black. And I got both black. It just took longer than I thought it should to receive them

I purchased a jacket from Maddison and I absolutely loved it! It was of great quality and looked exactly like the picture in the advertisement. I ordered 2 more in different colors. The customer service was amazing and answered all my questions in a prompt matter. They are very professional and the lady who helped me is Kristen and she answered all my questions and was very helpful! I recommend Maddison Co to everyone, great product, great customer support! There was a buunch of random issues (my fault, i put in the wrong address lol) and she was sooo understanding and patient and FINALLY i got my awesome jacket after we worked everything out!! Great quality clothes AND customer service.

The website was easy to use and the item was delivered quickly. However, the wrong item was delivered from this company. I have sent two emails to get help , but so far, I’ve received no response. I would like to get what I ordered.

I could not say how happy I am with my purchase from this company. The quality of the clothing is amazing as well as shipping speed. I had a few questions about my purchase and they got answered in a professional timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company for future purchases.

I highly recommend MaddisonCo for a clothing store to shop online. They’re a very efficient company with shipments and have a variety of clothing choices.
