Received an online quote, called in and the representative who was not nice by the way, confirmed the annual rate that we both can see but the monthly rate that we're both looking at she claimed did not match what they sent to my email, annual matched so makes no sense. Then she went into a series of information very fast with no beaks and none of which I can understand, and became aggressive when I said I'm looking at the quote and the monthly cannot be different if the annual matches what we're both seeing, and before they cut and paste a generated response, I did not get transferred to the broker nor did I speak with the broker, this is all ratesdotca staff, then she dropped the call.

Locked out of house. Called Quick Quality Locksmith, arrived 1 hour later (it is a large city). Took minutes (2) to open door. Went to pay, Visa or MC would be $570
debit $499.00!!!! WTheck they had me. DO NOT CALL THEM.

Tyler Sekulich of TS horse training should be avoided at all costs. Our horse was in her care for 3 months and lost 100lbs a month (300 total) due to her negligence. We paid for our horse to get a round bale and grain daily. She did not provide any grain and fork fed him sporadically. Horses then broke through the fence to get to food as they were starving to death. Additionally the horses were severely dehydrated as she never made sure the automatic water was working. Our horse left her care and within 12 hours required emergency vet care. Tyler is a well versed liar and is very good at telling you exactly what she wants you to think. Watch out for her or you will be the next victim of hers with major vet bills or a dead horse. She takes no responsibility for her actions and has ran to do this in a new facility.

Dad had a massive stroke and I was trying to get him to qualify for rehab and had just 5 days left for him to qualify before he was shipped off to a long term care facility. Called them on a Wednesday and Sierra knew how life changing this could be for a dad and so she happily agreed to work through the weekend to get him as much progress as he could muster and I’m happy to report with Sierra working hard with dad, we were able to qualify and get him to rehab!! Forever grateful Sierra❤️

I took my shoes in to the Shoe Doctor in Fairview Park Mall. Amazing how he resoled my shoes. As good or better then new. Replaced the complete sole with Italian leather soles.

After leaving my Buick Regal parked for 2 months, the battery died completely. Attempting to charge the battery with a home charger failed. I called the dealership at 5:00 PM on a Tuesday. The General Manager answered the phone. After some explaination, the GM said he would personally come to my home next morning to boost the battery. The next morning, he promptly showed up and boosted the battery. I drove the car to the dealership and he charged the battery for me at no cost. His service is beyond anything I have expected. Service at this dealership is excellent.

We booked a retirement party at Boston Pizza for one of our employees, area was marked off, they called to confirm and a lot of space was given which was appreciated due to Covid. Friendly staff, excellent service and the food was hot and delicious. Every one had a great time. at 5 Carlson crt in Etobicoke

Andy from Hearth and Home came out to give us some help with our gas fireplace.
Not only did he stress what MIGHT go wrong with possible renovations we were thinking he suggested some great alternatives. We would end up doing less work with an equally pleasant look.
Mostly the piece of mind he gave us from a safety angle is beyond commendable.
His genuine concern and willingness to help is so unusual in the current climate of the world.
We appreciate his professionalism and I cannot say enough positive about Andy

If I could give zero stars I would. A friend gave me three google play gift cards worth $10 each. Two of the three cards had unreadable activation codes once I scratched off the film over the code as per the instructions on the cards. I reached out to google support and have dealt with three representatives who all say they won't help me activate my cards as they were damaged or destroyed. I sent pictures showing them the cards were in excellent condition other than the code that came off which is a product fault not mine. They still won't help me redeem the whopping $20 that my friend spent on these cards so essentially they are stealing her money. Not sure why a multimillion dollar company would create such a frustrating experience for a customer over $20. I've filed complaints with the BBB and consumer Canada so hopefully contact with them will wake up the non existing customer support in this case. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER so stay away if you value your money. If you have trouble redeeming the cards they'll most likely find a way to get out of getting you your money.
Oh and all my requests to elevate my issue to a manager were ignored. The first representative even said a manager would say the same thing but never put me through to anyone.

Dealt with three different "customer support" employees and all of them were absolutely useless. They didn't take the time to read the information being sent to them but instead just kept spewing the same robot message over and over. They must really want that $20.
