When moving bulky item, although you get to specify at the time of booking the weight, they still require you to help the driver carry your item. You are paying for half service. Pretty useless and felt like a scam. I would not recommend them ans the customer support is pretty useless

I had booked a collection for a large suitcase because I was leaving in 2 days. But the place where I bought my suitcase from only had my suitcase available for delivery later or collection sooner.

So I found this app on App Store, and I managed to get my collection picked up from the delivery courier in this app. It was worth it as I was too unwell to go pick it up and they delivered it pretty early. So I definitely recommend it for those who need their delivery the same day, and within an a few hours or so.

First time having a delivery via Gophr and it was spot on!! Andriy delivered on time and was more than helpful when it came to unloading the heavy bags. 5 Star service!!
