I created a driver account with Gophr and uploaded all of the requested documents, including my insurance and DBS check for which I had to pay, and the valid date may run out soon. According to the app, every step has been completed and my documents are simply awaiting approval.

Despite this, I keep receiving automatic emails telling me that my account is “still missing some details”, without actually explaining what is supposedly missing. When I check the app, there is nothing else for me to upload or complete.

What makes this much worse is the complete lack of support. I have been trying to contact Gophr for over two weeks and have not received a proper response or any help in resolving the issue.

For a company that relies on self-employed drivers, the onboarding and communication should be much better. I have provided everything requested, but my application appears to be stuck with no explanation and no one available to help.

At the moment, my experience with Gophr has been extremely disappointing. Automated emails or no emails at all, are not a replacement for actual customer support.

First time I have received a delivery from this company.
Bruno the driver was excellent, friendly and efficient. I was informed when the item had been collected and notified when to expect the delivery.
The item was needed to complete a job today. It was received within the 3 hour delivery slot .
Definitely use again.

Inappropriate and disrespectful customer service. I missed a delivery and tried to reorder it. I could not get a straight yes or no answer. Customer service was rude and kept avoiding my question. Then I was removed from the app with his response “customer does not respect platform or app and raises hell “. Real professionals there I asked a simple question . Will be reporting the transaction to my bank. I hope Jeff gets fired for his rude inappropriate behavior
