This was our “trip of a lifetime” and the Go Real Travel team made it a reality. From booking our accommodations, to all the transportation details and providing excellent suggestions for tours and excursions, it was one stop shopping. Highly recommend for your next trip.

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys (21, 17, 15). We needed to attend a wedding in Budapest this last July, celebrate our son's 21st in Prague, and wrap up our vacation in Vienna. This was the first time our children had been to Europe. I reached out to Martin and explained exactly how we wanted this vacation to go. Martin handled ALL of it (except our plane flights), answered all of my questions, and tailored our plans perfectly!!! Samantha was assigned to us and sent us a very detailed itinerary (150 pages). Wow! The first leg of our vacation (San Fransisco to Istanbul) was a mess. Before I could call Samantha, she had already been tracking our flight, made arrangements with transportation crew, hotels, etc. and gave us specific instructions on what to do next! Amazing! Throughout our entire vacation, Samantha made it clear that she is available 24/7! She helped us navigate all three cities, and even helped us during a commercial train derailment in Slovakia that delayed our train. Because of Samantha (and Martin), our Euro Tour was the family trip of a lifetime! We can't thank the two of you enough! We can't wait for you to help with our next trip!!! A++

This is the third time that we have Go Real Travel to arrange our trips. This group has professionals from the planning office to those execute activities on site. It started with a detailed plan for the desired trip, just tell the advisor how many days and where you would like to go. Then the rest is handled smoothly, for the actual travel. Hotels are all selected in very convenient locations and near the center of activity. The local tour guides are all veterans with many years of experience. Then the next day or two, you can decide yourself what you would like to see based on the information provided. They all have lots of knowledge of the sites. Transportation pickups were all on time and drivers are courteous and friendly. They all can speak English so help to know the area too. I highly recommend Go Real Travel to those don't know what to do with their travel. Go Real Travel will take away the hassles from you, so you can enjoy the trip.

The hotels, while they differed in their strengths, were overall very good. The travel arrangements and instructions were spot on and the tours and tour guides were very good. Using Go Real Travel saved me a ton of time planning this trip and the results were likely better than I could have achieved.

But this wasn't a 'tour' in the usual sense as were were on our own and independent so could do as we pleased pretty much when we wanted. Having this personalized plan was great and without the effort of making the arrangements ourselves.

Go Real took our list of desired cities and created a detailed itinerary, including hotel reservations, guided tours and train travel between locations. Their level of planning allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. And their detailed itinerary with input on public transit, tipping and security was most helpful. This was a trip we had anticipated for many years and Go Real was a key ingredient! Our deepest thanks to Martin and his team.

Go Real Travel did an exceptional job of creating an itinerary for our 3 week holiday in Salzburg, Austria and France. They worked with us to develop an itinerary that would allow us to do what we wanted to do and not have some canned itinerary one might find elsewhere. The recommendations on things to do and see were excellent. The private tours arranged by Go Real Travel were great and all of the tour guides were fantastic. The accommodations arranged by Go Real Travel were also very good. Go Real Travel also arranged some of our transportation, which was very helpful (especially arranging private transportation from Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris to Bayeux, France!). We highly recommend Go Real Travel to help plan and execute a holiday one will remember!

We took our first trip to Europe with Go Real Travel and it did not disappoint. Martin stated, in our first conversation, “it would be like visiting family and he was spot on.” Our accommodations were quiet and central. The private tours were the hit of the trip. This was our second time using Go Real Travel. We had been very happy with the company on a previous trip and decided to go with them on a longer trip, which was put together in a relatively short time.
Martin, and later, Samantha, organized an excellent itinerary for us based on our preferences. We stayed in Venice, RioMaggiore, Florence, Rome and Sorrento. The hotels in Venice, Florence, Rome and Sorrento were excellent and easily accessed from the train station or a public transit stop. The hotel in Riomaggiore was nice with a beautiful view, but was a very strenuous climb.
We had wonderful and very knowledgeable guides for a private tour each at Venice, Florence, Rome and Pompeii, and being with them definitely added insight and value to our experience.
Train tickets, public transport tickets tickets for a gondola ride and for the Vatican Museums were all arranged for us, by Go Real Travel, with detailed instructions on how to use them.
The beauty of using Go Real Travel is the detail in which they arrange every single part of your trip. Tips, anecdotes, history, and of course, details of what to see and how, made the trip really come alive and interesting for us. I felt I knew Italy well just from reading their daily schedules before our departure.
The detailed level of planning made by Go Real Travel made the trip less intimidating. Their schedules also have enough built-in flexibility that if for any reason you choose to do something else, you have enough knowledge to do it confidently. Travelling under their guidance provides the optimal balance of having a detailed schedule, but not being hurried along like a conducted tour.
They are always there to answer your questions promptly and a couple of times during our trip we ran into some problems and messaged Samantha. She responded even at midnight and fixed our issues. That level of support is truly remarkable.
We had an immensely rewarding trip thanks to Go Real Travel, and would happily recommend them to potential travellers.

If you know where you want to go but are short on time in terms of planning the actual itinerary, Go Real Travel has your back. From all the popular tourist spots to hidden gems that most would miss, GRT will take care of you. You are able to customize your itinerary further based on not only your interests (arts & culture, outdoors, food & wine+) but also your style (local guide vs DYI, budget vs. luxury, etc.) Sure, you can do all the research yourself and scour through TripAdvisor, YT travel vlogs, and Google reviews, but that can quickly get out of hand in terms of time commitment. And we all know how insane the workload can get before vacation (and after, lol). GRT was an absolute lifesaver for my last trip to Europe, and I'm very grateful to Dave and his team for coming up with a fantastic itinerary in no time!

I was impressed with the smoothness of transfers and good hotels. The private 1/2 day guide was a great idea for familiarizing ourselves with the cities. The itinerary materials could have been clearer. The map in Prague was great but no map was supplied for Budapest.

This was the first time we have used Go real travel.
We usually go with ef Go Ahead Tours with a group of 30 people.

Our trip was from Warsaw Krakow Prague Dresden and Berlin for a 14 day tour.
The attention to detail was incredible.

Samantha and her assistant were always available and answered our questions in a timely manner.

The hotels were all in Prime locations walking distance to old towns and public transportation .

Our guides were always on time and extremely knowledgeable and personable.

The drivers were not only on time but always early.
All drivers shuttled us from the door of our hotel to the door of the next hotel or to the door of the airport.
They all drove new or practically new clean black Mercedes and we felt like VIPs.

The app on our phone and laptop for Gorealtravel had day by day details about our itinerary maps and printed out coupons for museums and activities.
It was extremely helpful.
I call it traveling with training wheels.

The company was flexible about our request to change hotels before the trip began. During the trip we asked to add an Excursion on the way from Dresden to Berlin to see the Wittenberg door and we were able to do that.
I have told all of my followers on social media about this company and I hope they are able to continue having strong support and a profitable business.
We would definitely like to use them again for Future travel.

I recently returned from an 8-day trip to Prague and I had a wonderful time. The airport pick-up was convenient and stress-free, and the accommodations were very comfortable and welcoming. I felt at home. The trip itself was amazing, and the assistance with public transit tickets was very helpful in getting around Prague. I especially appreciated the advice to visit the Vysehrad Fortress, which was a highlight of the trip. I am a musician, so I was happy that they included information on finding the graves of the composers Dvorak and Smetana in the beautiful Vysehrad Cemetery. We had a small hiccup on our trip to Karlovy Vary, but it was quickly remedied and it turned out to be another highlight of the trip. They also handled the ticket purchase for a concert I had found in my trip research. We were on the second row and the performance was exceptional. Their mobile app is also quite comprehensive. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Private transport from the airports to hotels & the returns were efficient, on time, & hospitable.
The hotel in Rome did not have the room we'd reserved to accommodate 3 people & the front desk was not supportive in making changes. Front desk staff were NOT at the front desk most of the night, so we couldn't ask for help about anything. Our return stay the night before leaving Italy & flying home was a nightmare. We were in a VERY small room that was actually a 'sitting area' for a room next door & they had tried to 'convert' it to a room for 3 guests with 3 twin beds. 1 bed broke when my friend (who only weighs 150 lbs) sat on it. Front desk staff tried to fix it & we saw that it had been 'rigged' previously with rope under the mattress to support the frame. The 'boutique' hotel in Florence was small & clean, but we caught front desk staff sleeping in another room at night, which explained why no one ever answered the phone when we called. The hotel assured us the desk was manned 24 hrs. We weren't allowed to go to the restaurant area at night at any time to even get a drink. Our shower leaked in the bathroom steadily & we reported it for 3 days & it was not repaired.

We traveled to Venice, Rome, and Sorrento with the assistance of Go Real Travel. Rome was definitely the highlight of the trip, as far as the accommodations Go Real provided us with. They booked our stay in a lovely hotel, arranged private guided tours with a fantastic tour guide, and booked a group food tour that was especially fun. Our contact person with Go Real was extremely easy to get in touch with throughout our trip which was very helpful. It was also incredibly nice to have all of our train tickets booked ahead of time by Go Real, and to be able to download all the tickets onto my phone for ease. Their travel app is also very easy to use and useful. There were a few miscommunications about some of our desired activities which did not make their way into our itinerary, but overall our trip went very smoothly. Planning a multi-city trip in a foreign country is not an easy undertaking, and Go Real definitely made the process much less difficult and confusing. In hindsight, I feel like I did not know enough about the specific locations we were staying in, and I should have done more research on my own, but I do think Go Real could provide a bit more information in some respects, such as knowing that the price of a taxi will be more than twice as expensive in Sorrento than in Rome.

Martin was very pleasant and helpful in planning my trip, he MADE SURE I was aware of saving money on hotels and looked up flights (which GRT doesn’t book, but saved me time from looking). I would definitely plan another trip with GRT.

Their attention to detail was incredible! We experienced sites we would never have explored without their expertise.

Despite being a seasoned traveler, we used Go Real Travel for a leg of a Germany trip. Martin and team meticulously curated a personalized travel plan tailored to our preferences, but also went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. We did recently 2 week Christmas family vacation in Europe organized by Go Real Travel and I am very pleased with their service. The communication in advance, discussion of plans, getting tickets for concerts and ballets, etc. was managed in a very attentive and timely fashion. It has been several years since our trip with GoReal May, 2017, and we still remember it as one of our favorite adventures. We had a river cruise scheduled beginning in Budapest and ending Amsterdam. The river cruise company offered two days in Budapest prior to the cruise. GoReal offered a week, starting from Praque to Cesky-Krumlov to Budapest, for virtually the same cost. We chose GoReal.

What a week it was! The attention to detail was impeccable, a 62 page guide PDF that literally took you step by step to each destination. All the local bus or cab tickets were included plus exceptional tour guides. I do mean exceptional. The personal stories our guides shared with us made the experience so much more meaningful. Instructions if your cab wasn’t waiting upon your arrival. Cost you should pay and immediate refund if required. All eventualities were covered.

The hotels were not five stars. Much better in our opinion, and we have the pictures to prove it 🤩. Each was unique including one with the original medieval well in the center of the dining area.
