Great substitute when you can't shop in person.

Sent expired, spoiled food and mislabeled meat
I placed an order with GoStockUp and very disappointed . This isn't just an honest mistake—it is pure laziness, and zero quality control.
They literally packed and sent me items that were blatantly expired and unsafe to eat:
Eggplant Caviar: Sent a jar stamped with an expiration date of 08.15.2026. Delivering food almost a full month past its expiration date is unacceptable.
Mortadella: Packed on 07.13—nearly two months ago. On top of sending two-month-old sliced deli meat, the scale label had a printing error where the "Sell By" date was completely blank and cut off.
They are looking right at expired items on their shelves and tossing them into customer orders anyway. Delivering spoiled food is dangerous and shows total disregard for their customers.
But to the company defense, the customer service works great, man on the phone was very nice and professional and refunded me right the way and gave me 10% discount for the future.

I honestly was very impressed with packaging. I ordered 44 aluminum cans of soda Tarxyn made by Borjomi and each can was wrapped in bubble wrap. It was wrapped so well that it took a long time to unwrap each can. Very impressive! None of the cans had damage nor were they expired. Overall I am very happy

The box arrived crushed and half open
My order arrived in a crushed, damaged box. All the chocolates were melted, several pâté containers were bulging and looked unsafe to eat, and one item was missing.
I contacted GoStockUp immediately and sent photos. Their response was that they are “not responsible” because FedEx mishandled the package, and that I have to wait until next week while they file a claim and see what happens.
Seriously? I paid GoStockUp, not FedEx. Their shipping claim is their business. A customer should not have to wait for the seller to recover money from FedEx before getting refunded for damaged, unsafe and missing products.
Even after I asked for an immediate refund, they simply replied that “this is our process.”
Awful way to handle a food order and awful customer service. I definitely would not order from them again.

When a shipment is damaged or mishandled by the carrier, we are required to document the issue and file a claim before a refund can be processed. We handle the claim directly with the carrier, so there is nothing further you need to do on your end.
We understand that you were hoping for an immediate refund, but unfortunately we’re unable to bypass this process. Your photos and documentation have been received, and the claim is being handled accordingly.

Items came quickly and while all the items survived for the most part. Packaging could have been better. Most of the boxes were squished and some stuff fell out of the boxes but most of them made it. A
Little more care could have been taken.
