The recent (my 3rd) order delivery was OK.
The previous orders were delivered to the wrong address(es) One of them has never been received by me. After my request to resend it, or at least refund my 38 USD the response took about two weeks and ended up with a lengthy correspondence of 11 messages to-and-fro the customer service (Iryna Bilousova) resulted in offering me just a discount of 10% with my next order.
Which I consider not only humiliating to the customer, but also
very damaging to you company's image. You seem like investing a lot in your packaging, your very impressive printed ads and coupons. Now, because your customer service stubbornly denies their mistake(s) in address labeling your impressive image building investments are at risk to be nullified. Pity.

We do want to clarify that delivery addresses are taken directly from the information provided with the order, and once a package is with the courier, the actual delivery is outside of our direct control. One of the worst shopping experiences…
One of the worst shopping experiences of my lifetime. I bought several items at the beginning of July and spent about $120. Five days later, a jar of pickled mushrooms broke in the box while in transit. The whole order went back to the seller. They were emailed and said they were going to reship the order less the mushrooms. They had not shipped. Next, I got an email saying they were out of some other items and they would be refunded. Finally, they shipped out the order and insufficiently packed some salmon roe (the most expensive item). My order was received at the end of the month. The dry ice had evaporated, and the pack containing the roe was warm. I contacted them, wanting a refund, and they refused. Overall, their customer service was horrible; items were missing, the delivery time was too long, and after all that, they refused to give me a refund for something that was clearly their fault. I would never do business with this company again.

We’re very sorry that your experience was so frustrating. The original shipment was returned after a jar broke in transit, and we sincerely apologize for the additional delays and unavailable items that followed.
The replacement order was shipped using FedEx Ground, the shipping method selected at checkout. Ground service has a longer and less predictable transit time, which unfortunately contributed to the delay. Perishable products are packed with dry ice, but dry ice naturally evaporates during transit and may be fully gone by the time a package arrives.
During hot weather, we always recommend FedEx Overnight when ordering expensive perishable items, as it significantly reduces transit time and the risk of temperature-related issues.
We understand your disappointment regarding the salmon roe. However, under these conditions, we were unable to issue a refund.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

We had a very disappointing experience
We had a very disappointing experience. Our order with perishable items arrived 40+ hours after it was shipped despite company’s commitment for FedEx overnight delivery of perishable items. As a result the order arrived damaged with ice packs completely useless inside the container. All the perishable items were damaged and even warm to touch. When we contacted the company and gave them an opportunity to make things right, they assumed no responsibility for what happened and for delivery issues. Disappointing response and we are not coming back. Poor client service. If you are considering to order perishable items, be careful.

I’m very pleased with everything. Package was delivered fast, glass jars were neatly wrapped in a bubble wrap, so nothing got ruined. Waffles cakes were in a separate box, and wrapped to perfection. First Order
My first experience with Gostockup was positive. The communication about the placed order was timely. I immediately got a refund for the item that turned out to be out of stock. The FedEx delivery was planned within two days. But in reality, it was three. I was worried because I ordered perishable items. The dry ice the company added to the package melted, and some of my goods were in the water, but thankfully nothing was damaged. All tasted just fine. Products are mostly good. Some of them turned out to be a bit closer to the expiration date and were very dry. However, I am pleased.

I bought "marinated porcini…
I bought "marinated porcini mushrooms"—or rather, what the label claimed were porcini mushrooms—at this store. When I got home, I discovered that the mushrooms had absolutely nothing to do with porcini; it was a complete scam. When I contacted them to demand a refund, I was told that refunds are only issued for online purchases, and they refused to provide the owners' contact details or answer the phone. Furthermore, the store charges three separate taxes—New York State tax, a Nassau County tax, and some other Nassau County Transit District tax—which is completely illegal on food products!!!
Beware of shopping at this store!!!

Great, hassle-free experience
I was looking for a particular item which I managed to find at Gostockup. The shipping was in the form of local delivery for me and it took a few days for the items to arrive. I was in no rush so all was well. They delivered the items nicely packed and right to my apartment door. I will certainly place an order with them again.
