My experience with Got Capital Ltd has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The business licences were revoked due to circumstances outside of my control, which ultimately forced the company to stop trading. Despite explaining the situation fully, there was absolutely no compassion or willingness to work towards a reasonable resolution.

The company has been informed repeatedly that the business is no longer trading and that liquidation is simply unaffordable, yet they continue aggressively chasing the debt while adding ongoing charges and costs. The pressure tactics used throughout have felt completely unreasonable.

To make matters worse, they applied a CIFAS marker alleging fraud when this was a genuine change in circumstances, not fraudulent behaviour. I was also told that if the limited company debt was settled, the marker would be “reviewed”, which felt highly inappropriate given the serious impact a CIFAS marker can have on someone’s financial life.

I would strongly urge anyone considering dealing with this company to proceed with caution.
