Hello, I want to share my experience of working with the company Got Capital. I contacted this company for the first time a year ago because my company is quite young and the money was not accumulated in the account but was launched into development, the bank refused me a loan but I needed financial support, I contacted this company and everything worked out surprisingly very quickly the money appeared in my account a year later I started opening another store and back I needed financial support I contacted this company again and my issue was resolved within 2 hours many thanks to the manager who entered my case he is a professional in his field and a nice person thank you

Funding experience excellent
Have dealt with Got capital on a number of occasions now and all I can say is that the level of service i receive is exceptional, very easy to deal with, quick phone call and generally have the funding in my account the same day. Samuel Pitkin my account manager is so easy to contact and the communications with him is superb. Keep up the good work.

No empathy towards customers dealing with personal stuff, all they care about is money
If could give 0 reviews I would. After adding my bank account, after explaining my new baby daughter was ill and haven't really paid much attention to my business, then got told 1 apparently canceled the link, even though I linked it the second I got off the phone to Anil whilst I was in hospital. To then recieve a letter for a CCJ. They don't care about any personal details, just after the money! Avoid like the plague, and don't work with Anil as he is appaling and has no people skills or empathy towards anyone's personal business Greedy company!

Regarding your account - we must stress that all clients are provided with the full terms of their agreement, including their agreed upon repayment schedule, ahead of confirming any business funding (as were you in April of 2024). We understand that running a business can come with challenges, and we did make extensive efforts to work with you during difficult times, including setting up an extremely accommodating payment plan.
Only when mandates are cancelled and clients cease all communications with our team (following exhaustive attempts), would an account be escalated. It is important to state that we are committed to treating each and every client equally, fairly and without prejudice. This will never change.
Our aim is always to assist clients professionally - we also expect a level of mutual respect during interactions. Abusive, violent and personal threats towards our employees cannot and will not be tolerated.

Great support from start to end in terms of process with a great product for option to support a traditional partnership business like ours.
Luca and Sam both gave useful and timely help and advice and processed everything in line with our timescales, not their own - which was refreshing. No pressure sales and time to reflect and consider options. A great job!
