Horrible quality, for the amount you pay you should get something that doesn't smell like burnt plastic and feel like plastic. My jacket had a missing belt, came in wrong size and did not look like the pictures at all. The mesh sleeve jacket for women. Justina from the customer support makes the return and refund impossible and is being arrogant.

I was going to purchase but thought I recognised some products from Shein/Aliexpress. Reverse search proves this too but gothic mania are charging a lot more! So I did a bit of digging. This website is the exact same as gothnrock.com But just has a different homepage. when you go onto the clothes, it is the exact same list even in the exact same order. I doubt these reviews are genuine just as I doubt the reviews for goth n rock are. There is no way on trustpilot to see if they have genuinely purchased an item or not. they are not verified. From the reviews on reddit everyone has complained about sizing being inaccurate, the quality compared to a TEMU purchase and when they have attempted to return it they have paid £25 in custom fees for it to be returned to them due to the address (given by the company) incorrect so they've paid custom fees for nothing (the reviews are similar for both sites). Do Reddit research if I were you as they are genuine people's opinions. Anyone can add a false email address to create a review on here.

I just love shopping at this place, I could easily spend all my savings here! I've looked at other alternative clothing shops but GothicMania's designs are more wearable. I've purchased a few items recently and I'm happy with all of them. GothicMania has regular discount promotions which is fantastic and unlike many retailers, the discounts also apply to sale items. Everything I've ordered has arrived promptly and has been well packaged. I've never had to return anything because I always check the size guide beforehand. What more could you want?

Have had an amazing experience shopping with GothicMania, my orders were dispatched quickly and communication from the store regarding tracking and possible delays was always clear and consistent. The clothes are lovely too. Highly recommend them.

I ordered 2 items. One was out of stock and I am still waiting for the refund, exceeding the given deadline.
The other item is of poor quality and I am struggling to make e return. So, my experience is awful. I do not recomand at all.

I ordered a $35 dress at the beginning of May, but apparently the size and style I wanted was not available so they contacted me and told me I could choose another item up to a $50 value because of the inconvenience, which was great. Now it is almost mid June and it’s just been back and forth emails with them giving me the runaround. I’ve asked for a refund if the dress has not yet shipped. When Zi try tracking it, it says “processing order”. I’m trying to be patient because it’s a small business but this is getting ridiculous. All I want is to be refunded but I feel like they’re trying to pull a fast one

I made a mistake on the shipping address (completely on me), but I contacted support within the hour to request a change or to cancel the order. They claim “7 days a week support”, so it shouldn’t be a problem. My first email and follow ups were all marked URGENT in the subject line. They didn’t respond for two days.

When they finally replied, they said the order had already shipped even though as of now, I still haven’t received a shipment confirmation. Even the tracking link still says « ready for processing ». When i said that it was highly unprofessional and that I still expected them to fix it, they just said it was done and they couldn’t do anything. When I requested a refund, they simply ghosted.
