Let down the day before my delivery

I placed an order for 50 porcelain patio tiles and arranged the delivery that suited a week later, the day before they were due to be delivered I got a email at lunch time telling me they're out of stock not even a phone call, I didn't see the email until later on that day, I phoned the office and asked why they were only telling me this the lunch time the day before my delivery and was told this was company policy to pick the order the day before and they found they we're out of stock, I was told it would be 6-8 weeks before they were getting more stock so I cancelled my order and ordered from another company

As part of our standard process, orders are picked and checked the day before dispatch — and in rare cases like this, discrepancies in stock levels can unfortunately occur. Poor sample service

I live in the Scottish Central Belt. 5 mins from the main motorway that connects Edinburgh and Glasgow. To have samples sent there would be a delivery charge plus a £20 surcharge. This is the first time I have ever experienced a surcharge to have anything delivered and I'd question the delivery company they use!

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to see a surcharge applied. Unfortunately, some couriers do classify certain postcodes as harder to reach, even when that may not feel accurate locally.

Just to clarify, our smaller cut tile samples are completely free and include free delivery. The charge you saw was for a full tile sample, which does carry a cost due to its weight and size. That said, if we’d had the chance to speak once you'd seen the delivery fee, we’d have been more than happy to look into the surcharge and tried to find a solution for you.

100% recommend gotiles

Easy order process with great prices. Customer service was very helpful when I needed to change my delivery date. I was kept up to date with my delivery with a call 30mins before. Would definitely recommend.

Go Tiles = Scam site

I was taken in by the promises of quick delivery and the professional looking website. However I now think all other reviews here are fake and the website is a scam. I ordered tiles that were due to arrive Thursday. When these didnt arrive on Thursday I was told it would now be Monday. When they didnt arrive Monday I requested to cancel the order and get a refund which was accepted. However no refund was ever paid. Total scam. To prove this, try ringing the phone number provided on their website. No one ever answers it

The delay in communication was due to our offices being closed over the bank holiday weekend — we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.

We’d like to clarify that your refund was processed promptly within 30 minutes of your request on April 7th and proof has been sent to your email. As shown, the funds were released on our end and were awaiting authorisation from your bank. We recommended reaching out to them directly, as we’re unfortunately unable to speed up the process once the transaction has been issued.

We’re a small and genuine business, and we’re very sorry that this experience has left you feeling otherwise. While this situation didn’t go as either of us would have hoped, we do take all feedback seriously and will use this to improve our service moving forward.

Zero Communication


I placed an order and scheduled delivery for the 11th of March. The day before, having received no confirmation or tracking information, I called the store—only to be told, without any prior notice or explanation, that my delivery date had been changed. The person I spoke to couldn’t tell me why or who made the change.

I rescheduled for another date. Once again, I called the day before to confirm, and I was assured I would receive a tracking link on the day of delivery. I even received the invoice. But on the delivery day? No tracker. No update. Nothing.

I called again. The staff couldn’t locate any tracking details for my order. Eventually, I received an email saying they couldn’t give me a tracker, but that my delivery should arrive between 3–5pm.

Needs to improve communication and track system.

Great experience

Had a great experience with Go Tiles (had never heard of them but checked reviews on here!) Chose today as the delivery date and sure enough I got a call around 45 minutes before delivery - perfect!

Customer service have gone above and beyond...

Customer service have been so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. Darcie and Lillie have been really attentive in helping me with all my queries - and I had a few! Darcie was able to add another order to one I had just made, because I forgot to order half my tiles! I would highly recommend, fast delivery, everyone comes back to you so quickly, samples were also quick and great. Thanks everyone there :)

Highly Recommended! I came across GoTiles on instagram and noticed they had the same or similar tiles to a more expensive brand I was considering buying from. I did some shopping around and honestly GoTiles were the cheapest! Not only that the customer service was fantastic...they suggested options to me when I asked for complimentary tiles to use on a feature wall and sent me samples to choose from. Good Price, Excellent Quality, Speedy Delivery.
