Tiles Universe Opiniones

The tile quality is excellent, and the service was very good. The only thing I felt was a bit too much was the delivery charge of £70, which was more than half the cost of the tiles themselves. That didn’t feel great. However, I’m still happy with the product overall. Thanks!

No confidence, so no order.
We ordered and paid for a sample which arrived pretty quickly and well packaged. However, it was not the colour code ordered. (Brown instead of blue). I called and was told they would send the correct sample.
The second sample also arrived promptly and well packaged………however, this is also the incorrect colour code. This time it is green instead of blue!
We are renovating 4 bathrooms, but unfortunately this does not inspire us with confidence, therefore we will not be ordering our tiles from this supplier.

Good quality tiles, delivered by a helpful driver.

Outstanding customer service. Commitments were delivered on time and without fuss. Refreshing. Thank you.

Found these guys great to deal with and no problem when I needed to increase my order

Was surprised at the cost of delivery but I expect that’s out of there hands ?

Had exactly what I wanted. Sample confirmed my choice. Easy to order. Tile price was very competitive. Delivery was expensive at £69.99, but I suppose to be expected due to pallet required and distance to deliver. Good communication. Delivery on time. No breakage or damage. Very happy customer

Very quick delivery and well packaged samples.

Sample arrived quickly was a good price and has been useful to have

Very efficient sample delivery only waited a few days for the sample to arrive

Excellent company, absolutely no hassle. Tiles ordered, delivered on time and they are excellent quality. I have ordered twice from this company and have pleased both times. Thank you.

Tiles are gorgeous, good quality, excellent value for money, fast delivery.

Arrived when expected and the tiles were what I wanted. Unfortunately the discount code would not work, so we were unable to get the discount offered.
