Manraj Kanwal is a very professional, efficient and understanding and patient with myself (who is not good with technology). Always available and answered many of my queries. Nothing is too much and he is a caring and considerate person. I highly recommend his services.

Disappointed with the service I received during my conveyancing process. I was not clearly advised that the developer incentive and TP1 transfer document would result in a different purchase price being recorded with HM Land Registry, and I felt my concerns were not properly addressed when raised.

There was no clear clarification or explanation provided when asked. I feel it would be appropriate for other customers to be mindful when using this firm for Conveyancing Service.

I would highly recommend Gough Thorne solicitors. The teams were all extremely helpful and very efficient. We had delays caused by our buyers and their solicitors. Gough Thorne chased by email and phone on a daily basis. If we had used any other solicitors it would possibly of taken another 4 months. We moved into our new home with no problems on the day by our deadline from builders. Transactions was very smooth.

When Andrew was on annual leave the rest of the team were there to continue the exchange etc. highly recommended and would definitely use if we ever moved again.
