Had the wrong order delivered and had smashed soup inside went everywhere was dripping out the bottom of the box.

I ordered some Farro ancient grain for a dish to accompany a special BBQ feast. It arrived the next day and the dish was a great success. I will definitely order more Italian food from this great web site. Fantastic Service and amazing products!

There was an issue when I first ordered but they rang me and it was sorted asap. My San Marzano tomatoes are first class. Well done THANKYOU.

Extremely poor Company to deal with. I ordered a case of Coppola Datterini Tomatoes and they sent Chocolate Spread. They were then very slow to reply to my message regarding the incorrect delivery. In fairness they eventually told me to keep the Chocolate Spread and that the Tomatoes were on their way. That was two weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. Once again they have failed to respond to my messages. I have now complained to Amazon and a refund is being issued. All in all a very disappointing experience for a first time customer.

Update 12/09/2022

Gourmica have now issued a full refund and sent a free gift of EVOO as well as the tomatoes I ordered, plus a 15% discount voucher for a future purchase. They have definitely gone the extra mile to resolve/compensate me for the problems that occurred so I will be using them again in the future.
