Do not use
I tried to buy tickets for Universal Studios Japan using 3 different credit cards and received a code #201 message every time so followed their procedure to get the payment processed, I "chatted" live, received emails, and spoke to a representative who all said they are investigating and will get it fixed, It took 3 days to finally be told they cannot processes payment with no reason given, oh and now all tickets are sold out (if they were available in the first place) = birthday ruined!
I know my mistake for trusting this company and simply not booking through another agent straight away. Use Klook Travel instead - easy & professional.

Good website to check for available in-demand entrance tickets.
Managed to get entrance tickets for several Singapore attractions and Universal Studio Japan (+ExpressPass).
E-Tickets almost always come thru within the hour.

Schöner Ausflug mit pünktlicher Abholung in Seminyak. Lange Anfahrt mit langem Schiffstransfer. Hektik in der Umkleidekabine. Auf dem Boot erfolgten Anleitungen bei dröhnenden Motoren,so dass man nichts verstehen konnte. Am Tauchspot Gedränge und Geschiebe. Fürsorgliche Betreuung durch Natalia. Gutes Essen und nette Rundfahrt über die Insel, die gar nicht angesagt war.
