Easier than room service
Easier than room service. This is the 4th gun I have purchased. Great price.
Poor customer service
Iv spent thousands with grabagun. Accidentally ordered two refurbished thermal scopes at an excellent price point instead of one. I called to have them refund one scope. It went through and then days later the second one was refunded for some reason and they are long gone. They told me to just try to get one “next time” they come into stock. No apology “just sorry for the confusion”.
Start to finish - great experience.
Very happy with whole process:
1) Great selection to choose from.
2) Fair pricing compared to other sellers.
3) Fast ordering/shipping; no inflated add-on insurance. In 4 days it was at my FFL.
4) And it was exactly what I ordered. No substitution, no damage.
5) No doubt I will buy from them again.

Shipment was delayed, but shipping charges were credited back. Good customer service, price and product.
Scam
Scam. They will only cancel an order if you cancel it the same day, So 14 days later it still has not shipped. It may never ship. And I have no way through them to recover my money. I will have to go through my credit card company to cancel the order and get a refund.
Increased Price In Cart From Emailed In-Stock Notice
Changed the price of an online item inside my cart ($699->$799) from an in-stock alert email while I was shopping for accessories.

I purchased a Glock 43X in cypress Green Color. The photo's online looked muted and dull... that's good it's what I was looking for. When I received the weapon "in person" it looked like a Christmas ornament. Unfortunately, they wouldn't take it back and now I have a gun I can't use... lesson learned. Don't trust GrabAGun for your purchases. The rep I spoke with was Sean and he was pleasant but his managers wouldn't let me return the weapon. I am know going to tell every one I know that they can't trust GrabAGun to have your back. I asked them to help a veteran out but no luck...

I'm definitely very disappointed in them at this point. I've used them for all of my firearm purchases over the past decade and they were always easy to work with and shipping was always very quick but now it's like they don't even care anymore. I've been wanting to purchase multiple different firearms over the past 5 months but they have constantly been showing out of stock for the past 5 months and I attempted to contact someone on the site about it and they just blew me off and immediately disconnected from the chat after having done so. That really pisses me off since I wasn't approaching them with an attitude and they wanted to give me one just right off the bat and then disconnect before I could even say anything back to them. These guys don't seem to give the slightest F about any of their customers anymore which is sad because they used to be a good company to use.

They solicitec a sale's price on a gun that they sent via email. But when you add it to your cart they raise the price almost $200 on you.
Then when you question them, it's the same used car BS, "Oh that is only valid for the first one or two and you just missed it" "But we have another one over here for $200 more".
Do yourself a favor, kick these scammers to the curb and deal with a reputable company...

Great price, staff and service
Staff was great. Answered all my questions on process, inventory and shipping. Performed inspection and function check in front of me. They allow you to check out function, trigger etc prior to final acceptance and doing the online paperwork. Made me super comfortable with my selection.

The company engages in bait-and-switch tactics, provides poor customer service, and fails to honor its product commitments. Don't just take my word for it—read the reviews. On BBB, the A+ rating only reflects responsiveness, not the resolution of claims. Their actual rating on a 5-point scale is below 3 on BBB and Yelp, with even worse ratings on platforms like Google and Reddit.
You Won't Be Disappointed
I've bought four guns from them and always found them to have the best pricing. Shipping is very quick. HIGHLY recommend.
Shipping Issue/Website Shows In Stock
The first two gun orders I made, the shipping was very fast and I was pleased with the service and prices. The last gun I ordered, took over two weeks, before I received it. The gun was still showing, on the website, as being in stock. I emailed GrabAGun the first time, a week out from when I ordered it; I understand that things happen, when dealing with outside companies, that supply the products you sell. What got me was the gun was still showing as "in stock" - I wanted to know why it was taking so long. Ed (Sales) told me he would move it up. I received the gun two business days later.
I don't know what happened at GrabAGun - maybe it was just "one of those things."
Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. I bought a 100 dollar gift card for my brother for the holiday season, and they charged me 200 dollars, without me knowing initially. I contacted them 8 days later to explore the mistake they made. They told me that this was a common error they have been making during this time, and the extra 100 dollars should have been returned to my account within 3 to 5 days after their error. First of all, who makes this kind of error on a continuous basis and acts like it's an acceptable error to make. Secondly, I told them it's 3 days past their 5 day window of the 100 dollar refund. I told them they needed to refund me the 100 dollars that day, after they suggested I wait a few more days for the refund, or I would file a dispute with the credit card company. They got angry when I said that, but instead of apologizing for THEIR mistakes and THEIR responsibilities, they made some weird threat of them not being able to do business with me. NO PROBLEMO......I will be very happy to take my money elsewhere, and yo tell all of my gun loving friends to also do the same.
