Grab-A-Gun is fantastic. Easiest online gun purchasing I have found. always have a great selection at great prices. My go to gun store!

I was looking for a specific pistol that was out of stock, 5hey found it and notified me so I could buy it. I looked at numerous other sights and came up empty, these guys are great, they found it for me at a reasonable price..

A flat shipping charge is great! And shipping each out as it is available/ready is a great thing, except, having to be home to sign, isn't as convenient. So I had to change delivery to a close by drop off point. Which isn't so close when you live in the country! Suggest asking costumers if they want all at once within a week, two time delivery, what's initially ready and a second when the rest is available.

I ordered a Springfield Armory XD-M 10mm. The price was really great at $534.00. The hand gun was fine and as described.

The problem I have is the extremely slow shipping. It was more than 10 days before it actually shipped. I paid $10 for shipping and then $35 at my FFL. So it ended up costing $579, still a great price.

In hind sight though I could have bought locally at $619 and no shipping or FFL fee. If I did it again I would buy it locally.

If there was a problem I can go back to the store, though the handgun is fine. Also I would not have had to wait over 2 weeks to have it in hand.

That being said, I am happy overall with my purchase

I ordered online an EAA Corp Girsan Witness 2311 10mm 4.25" Barrel 15-Rounds. What I received in the time they gave me was well packaged, everything was as described on the main page. The prices I think have no competition. I never thought that They gave me such a great discount. I particularly recommend this company and will use them often. Grabagun is a legitimate company. I am very satisfied with the service they provided me. I just need to take it to the gun range.

I love these guys!! The prices and selection is rarely beaten. The service I receive from Grabagun has always been hard to beat. When your running that kind of trifecta, why would you shop anywhere else. Im always window shopping other sites on the web but always come back here to purchase. Keep doing what your doing cause its working!!

Waited too long for my delivery. You guys have to work on that it took like seven days.

I purchased the Walther PD380 pistol. The recoil is heftier than I would like, the slide is awesome. Overall this is a great pistol.

I just wanted to say thanks for the silky smooth transaction for my new handgun. I was apprehensive buying online after seeing so many places with not so good reviews. After viewing your website and reviews I decided to go with grabagun. Glad I did because everything was flawless. As long as people follow the easy to understand guidelines/information as stated in your website no one should have any problem. I sure didn’t. My FFL had my handgun in 5 business days, FedEx. Very competitive prices!

Pricing, especially the "Grab a Quote", the products ordered are as advertised and great quality and the shipping is as good as it gets. The exception is when you search on their website for an FFL/SOT the List may be very limited. And when you select a Dealer on their list it's a good chance they do not have all licenses/certificates required to support your purchase(s). If you want to use a Dealer who has all of the required documents and they are not on their list of Dealers (even if that Dealer was previously on their list but their paperwork expired) it's up to YOU to contact the Dealer and request they submit their current documentation to GrabAGun andl once that action is completed, you have to keep going back to their website and make the purchase again and keep your fingers crossed 🤞 that your Dealer has been added to their Search List. This process can and most likely will create some challenges.
In addition, if the item that you purchased from their listed Dealer is not deliverable for whatever reason, GrabAGun does NOT reimburse you the money that you paid. Rather they apply that payment to a "Store Credit". This is also the same case should you choose the "Shoot Now Pay Later" option. The result is that the Creditor pays GrabAGun upfront and GrabAGun doesn't notify the Creditor about the purchase not being completed. Thus, you are left paying the Creditor on time in accordance with your agreed payment plan for an item that you did not receive. This leaves you with continuing to work a solution with GrabAGun to eventually get what you ordered under a "Pay Now Shoot Later" Plan.

I take this time to detail my experience because the larger issue is with their Customer Service. If anything starts to go South with your Order, their Customer Service you experience will be disappointing. Your email inquiries will be ignored. Should you call, you may not get an answer. If you do, expect long hold times. Expect that the Customer Service Reprsentative will not share in your sense of urgency or need for assistance. This applies across the board from initial contact to post purchase support. There is absolutely zero Technical Support. You will be given a "canned answer" as to why they can not provide an answer and then refer you to the Supplier, Manufacturer, Dealer or some Document that you will have to navigate on your own. Even guidelines for writing this review goes to a third party and provides examples from Smartphones and Wines.

In summary, Great Products, Great Shipping and really Great Pricing, especially on Grab A Quote and in emailing Special Deals. If you know what you want and you know all of the ins and outs of the requirements for making an NFA purchase (especially Suppressors) this is your Go To! If you need Technical Support, you're on your own. Then comeback to GrabAGun. If you think you are going to require quality Customer Service, anywhere in your purchasing process, well Buyer Beware.

Having had poor past experiences with Grabagun's customer service I had written them and provided reviews with constructive criticism. I have been blocked by the company for any new purchases. Such an action indicates an unwillingness to accept feedback for improvement of operations. Such a small minded response seems that this company cannot accept feedback. Their actions represents the worst type of business practice and is indicative of cancel culture at work in the business world.

I just completed another purchase from Grab-a-Gun and I’m very pleased with the full experience. I can’t say enough great things about these folks and won’t hesitate to buy from them again and neither you should hesitate and just do it.
