I ordered two S&W magazines at a very low price. The order was placed over the Christmas/New Year holiday so I was prepared to wait longer to receive my order. However it was shipped and delivered to me within a week of placing it. Communication was excellent, I received emails for every step of the process. I will definitely order here again

GrabAGun had the very difficult to purchase LW Seecamp 32ACP - in the Commiefornia edition ;( - in inventory at a fair price and shipped it to my FFL. Before that, I spent two months with two of my local Orange County, CA gun stores asking them to source a Seecamp. Crickets. Next, I contacted all four of the wholesale firms listed at Seecamp's website informing them that I was going to purchase a Seecamp pistol (not one has ever responded). I visited the GrabAGun website and immediately purchased the Seecamp. I was also able to purchase a second magazine via GrabAGun.

Had been looking at GrabAGun online and really liked their options and prices. I live close to the brick and mortar location so I decided to stop in store. Was advised by friendly staff that the rifle I was looking at was available in their warehouse and would be ready for pick up within 24hrs. Easy purchase since I have LTC, email arrived next morning to come pick up! Found great options on extra mags and a nice carry bag as well! Will be buying another gun from GrabAGun VERY soon!

There’s an unparalleled hndjb named landon mata, yes landon, who actually thinks if he spouts a couple of sku numbers that anything wrong with the order that grab a gun is supposed to inspect prior to shipping is automatically the consumer’s problem. Customer loyalty means nothing to this bag of dks. First clue should have been that name. As long as you’re willing to take the chance that nothing will go wrong with your purchase, I highly recommend landon and grab a gun.
Thanks landon, I’m a state employee. There are 21 counties and 564 municipalities in my state. I’m going to send a bulletin board post letting every enthusiast know what a swell guy and a top notch representative you are. This place already has a dismal reputation. Too many other highly rated sellers to continue to buy from this one way mess of a company.

Quick ship and decent price.
Dislike was signature required to ship ammo, missed the FedEx guy the 1st 2 attempts for delivery.
Other stores out of Texas and other states do not require signature for delivery.
Sorry will shop elsewhere next time.

Website was easy to navigate and make my purchase. I would have liked to be able to enter the FFL of my choice instead of picking from a preset list. Shipping was pretty quick and the sale price was competitive. My biggest issue is that the gun was advertised with a lower price after available rebate. I submitted my receipt to S&W only to be told the promotion was not for firearms purchased online. While I've had several email exchanges with GrabAGun, they've yet to make it right. They claim they talked to S&W and my purchase is eligible, but S&W disagrees, and I'm out the rebate. I would bump my rating to a 5 if they make the price right with what they advertised.

I placed an order with grabagun and received an order confirmation. That was all I received. No shipping notification, no tracking information. I sent an email to customer and received no reply. 12 days after the order date it arrived.

I placed another order for a pistol. My card was charged, as always, immediately . The next day I received an email informing me that the order was closed . My card would be credited. No further explanation.

I received a customer satisfaction email
Which I clearly indicated that I was dissatisfied with their slow service and poor communication.

I then sent another order. Same thing happened. Charged my card only to receive an email saying my order was closed. No further explanation. I did receive another customer satisfaction email. You can guess my response. When I inquired as to what was going on I received another email saying "we feel it is insurance best interest to sever our relationship with you ".

So what that means is if you are foolish enough to criticize them they put you on the naughty list. I made the mistake of telling them I was sharing my experience with several forums I follow. OOPS.
