Grace Removals Group - Gold Coast Opiniones

guys were cheerful, friendly and helpful and fast and efficient.

We have used Grace on quite a few occasions both locally and interstate and have found them to be approachable and professional at all times. The communication is always precise and thorough and you are made aware of each step along the way. We cannot recommend Grace highly enough, they are a great company to deal with. We had one item damaged from our current move and they have been professional and explained the process thoroughly. We are excepting this to have a favourable outcome.

All is good. Thank you so much. Good service,

The Gold Coast team was amazing and extremely patient with my questions. The removalists themselves were outstanding. It is a real art to watch them load. The furniture all arrived safely and the guys unloading were wonderful as well. It was a great experience everything flowed as I was told it would. I would thoroughly recommend Grace Removals when you are relocating.

Good service. On time. Efficient. Very pleasant team

Very pleased with the exceptional service and professional staff who worked hard to pack and move our property. Would definitely use Grace again and recommend to family and friends

On time. Friendly. Very capable. Took care with possessions.

The service was so great from start to finish. We did a large move across the state and this company took away so much stress.
Removals team = excellent- we had 48 stairs to move everything down and no complaints from the team.
Admin team = always answered calls or rang back within 10 minutes. Seamless service.
Delivery team = everything it its rightful place in about an hour. Very impressive. Even put the bed and couch back together.

Thanks Grace :)

We found Grace removals to be efficient, friendly and absolutely great to deal with.
They treated our belongings with great care and took pride in their service. We moved from Pimpama Queensland to Ridgley Tasmania and our property was in storage in Hobart until our property was purchased and finalised. Grace removals took care of everything and were amazing.

They looked after my belongings for years while I was overseas, then carefully brought them all to my new place with a minimum of fuss. Thanks Jason, Ryan, Jackson, Jay and Bali.

Grace Removals was strongly recommended to me and lived up to expectations from initial quote to pack and deliver to Sydney on time. Very professional throughout.

Good communications from the team in the planning phase, and throughout the day of the container unloading.
Team were in good spirits and worked well together
Team had to load containers into smaller trucks to access the property, also property had some difficult positioning of some furniture and this was done very well.

Relocation from Gold Coast to Melbourne went very smoothly from start to finish. All staff members I had dealings with were efficient and friendly. Packing very well done and everything arrived in good condition. Grace Removals also helped with the transport of my cat and car. All in all a daunting and stressful thing made easy.

The guys were great; so friendly and helpful. The process was so easy and the guys were more than happy to accomodate us by moving things between our apartment and storage shed. Our whole experience from moving our stuff from Sydney to storage in QLD, then from storage to our home was seamless and easy. Would highly recommend Grace.

The team from Grace Brothers Gold Coast were fantastic. Nothing was a problem for them. They worked quickly. Helped me measure to centre items on walls.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Great value for money. Not a single thing broken in my belongings during the move. Fast and reliable service, friendly staff with great communication. Highly recommend.

Very reliable professional helpful Carl and Ryan were extremely professional nothing was a problem all furniture and goods delivered in good order.

The two gentlemen who delivered my goods, David and Rob were excellent.

Given they had two flights of stairs to manoeuvre and to contend with the humidity on the day; they went about their task in a very professional and courteous manner.

I highly recommend this team.

I also wish to thank Mat in your Burleigh Heads office, who assisted me in storing my goods until I found a place to live.

Overall, thank you Grace, for your professionalism throughout my whole move from Perth to the Gold Coast.
