Great, Simple and Easy
We have been with Gradwell since deciding to self manage our VOIP telephony. Gradwell provide us management of DDI lines along with SIP lines with minute bundles. Have had a fantastic all round experience, no downtime, very fair pricing and friendly customer service.

A great telecoms company...
Our business has been with Gradwell for years and have recently purchased a 3CX system through them. I use Gradwell across 15 sites across the UK and I can assure you this is one of the best companies I've ever used for VOIP soloutions. Building up a great rebour with many people in the company has been an excellent way to get to know everyone and know Gradwell well - The 3CX soloution they sold me at first I was very unsure, but now I love it - It's fantastic and I'm glad I listed to their advice.
Great company to work with and I expect to be doing many more years of business with them!

I have been a business customer of Gradwell for almost 18 months. The support has always been great and with over 200+ phone lines managed via Gradwell things just work. Our account is overseen by Carl who replies in 2 mins even when he's on holiday and about to get married, that's the sort of commitment we find keeps us a happy customer!

Any requests for a telephone call back are met with emails to non-working links presumably from their help page, avoid them at all costs, extremely unhelpful.

3CX is an excellent product from the great company of Gradwell
We chose the 3CX system from Gradwell at the beginning of the year and haven't looked back since, we were moving from standard BT phone lines over to a VOIP system and the improvement has been seismic. We now have so much more flexibility between our 2 offices and communication has greatly improved with the use of the app and having everyone on internal numbers, able to see statuses of users and using it to it's full capacity. Many thanks to all at Gradwell.
Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time. We explained our requirements, spent hours on calls with sales staff who repeatedly didn't listen to us at all. We eventually got ushered into signing up and told we'd get exactly what we wanted. Once signed up, we found an out-of-date piece of junk system coupled with a barely useable "new" one. When we tried to use it for our requirements, they told us what we wanted isn't possible, then got defensive when we argued they'd clearly mis-sold us their services. Avoid.

The service I have received has been…EXCELLENT
The service I have received has been excellent. The support team has helped me set up Wave on my desk phone and mobile. It's very affordable (way cheaper than the competition), quick to set up, and quite flexible. I've been very impressed all round and would strongly recommend them.

Formally very good, but now absolutely dreadful!
My business had VoIP services from Gradwell for 5+ years, and in that time they have gone from hero to just about zero.
They are plagued by system problems and every time they rolled out an 'upgrade' my heart would sink, as this generally meant BIG problems.
Their last 'upgrade' was the last straw, we had to reprogram every handset and the quality of recordings was appalling. Their customer service was lamentable; previously it was great, this is a business that has some serious management issues.
Finally, we went with an alternative supplier, who have been great and I have NO regrets in say cherio to Gradwell.

A porting nightmare
A porting nightmare. We are trying to migrate our phone lines over to Gradwell. It is taking an age and they have tried to bill us £20 numerous times for porting failures. I have given them all the billing information from the previous company and still they are making mistakes with ports... and trying to bill me for the privilage.
All in all... it's very frustrating. If you want a smooth transition to SIP then carefully consider where you want to do the migration with Gradwell.

They have always been inconsistent. Lately, they've become awful
I have been a Gradwell customer for years. Their support has always been patchy - sometimes great and responsive. Sometimes it can be hard to impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone or respond to a support ticket. Recently, it has got worse and worse. I have an office in Australia where two extensions have just stopped working for no obvious reason and Gradwell are not responding at all. I can't run a business this way - I'm paying for three extensions to work, I have one functional, and Gradwell don't appear to care. Sadly, I'll be looking for alternative suppliers.
...and , in response to Gradwell's reply: I have raised two support tickets in the last two days, and I have had *no* response at all.

advise everyone assistant using this terrible wave system. Today alone I have missed 12 calls from my customers due to their system not working.
Had nothing but problems since starting with them, and will be looking to move away from Gradwell. They don't even seem to realize how important a working phone system is.
Exceptionally professional
As always my experience from Gradwell, supportive, patient and understanding and fixed the immediate issue instantly. Sales, having listened to my requirement, even recomended the least expensive new desk phone for me! That's exceptionally professional.
