Scam
I payed $597 for a garbage "course" where he just says "brag on yourself", "don't give up", and "think 10x" for several hours. I feel very scammed.
Signed up for the $30K-$35K annual…
Signed up for the $30K-$35K annual coaching program... the back end is surprisingly user friendly, lots of content, and there are weekly & monthly training lessons & sessions that must be completed. I am in real estate sales & they sold me... so they are definitely good at reeling you in. If you're uncomfortable about having a pushy salesman on the other line... then don't contact them. I however, wanted something for the team. This program is catered to up to 10 people on the team so as the sales team captain this keeps my guys (hopefully) locked in. Mixed reviews on that.. but that is my responsibility. We are trying to break personal & company records, so I hope this will help with that. You get access to all Grant's books, seminars, what seems like hundreds of hours of training and different sales videos, and a weekly coaching call. I have paid a lot on other coaches, training, throughout my career and so far it is worth it. You get out what you put in. I gave it four stars because I haven't seen an ROI yet... it's been 3-4 weeks?
I recently purchased the $600 marketing…
I recently purchased the $600 marketing course and completely regret it. Terrible investment and I let myself get influenced by a great salesman. This course contains the most basic information that anyone online can read for free on Google. It does not contain inside knowledge or an "accumulation of 20+ years of experience"... it is a very vague outline of what a successful business needs, because your company clearly does not care about the "cardone family", the customers or their success stories. It is so clear that the course was just another step to push customers into purchasing more product/service from the company. After just one day of having this course, I was already getting a call from the Cardone sales rep to discuss how you can "help me" (meaning how you can sell me on the next big thing, since that is the only thing you care about). He didn't even ask me how the course is going, how I like it. After telling him that I was busy at the moment, he didn't listen and asked to keep talking about it. Selfish, rude, narcissistic. On the scheduled zoom, he showed up late and just continued talking about the mentorship program. Disrespectful. The most inhumane experience I have ever had and I would never trust this company again. It feels completely sleazy and cheap.
Beware - I would not purchase from this company ever again.
Buyer Beware of this Company! I hope this post stops at least one person from buying their products!
This company is all about getting your money. They have you sign away any rights by signing a contract so that even if they do not deliver on a product or a course where they charge $10k, they are not required to refund any of your money. Once they have you sign the document, they do not need to follow through on their commitments.
I recently purchased their $10k program, and within days, things started going south, with not getting the onboarding video timely. They did not have a road map for new people to follow with their product. When I asked for one, he asked me what my business goals were, so for the x number of times, I had to reshare even though they asked me to fill out this info online. Once they shared the plan with me, it was basically to go back to Cardone University and do certain modules, some of which I had already completed. It was a generic response and a delay. In addition, the business sales system they were selling was not even available until weeks later when that was the initial product I signed up for.
Andres Miranda was the salesperson I worked with, and I would run away.
Just know that you are toast once you sign up for one of their events. They will bombard you with calls, e-mails, and texts before, during, and after the event. All this is to get you to wear down and eventually buy.
As an investor in their Real Estate program, I would also stay clear. Because of how I was treated, my next $100k will not go into their program.
They do not provide the level of service that they tout online. This company is all about greed!
Zero value workshop at a high price
After purchasing 2 tickets for $5k I was asked to sign a mandatory docusign contract where I declined any refund or exchanges prior to attending the Operations Essentials workshop in Aventura, Florida on June 8th, 2024.
Upon arrival at the Cardone Ventures building, we were escorted by our sales rep, Josh, to our freshly positioned chairs at the back of a full room with around 200 attendees. We were informed that they ran out of workbooks, but they would be handed to us shortly. We ended up receiving the workbooks at 3pm, 6 hours into the course and 2 hours before the end of the day. I inquired how could such a rookie mistake be possible in a workshop that is supposed to teach us about operations and the answer from Josh was that this was “totally on us”.
Once the workshop started, it was clear that the level of training was VERY basic. The entire first workshop day consisted of Cardone’s venture’s manager, Heather and their president, Natalie Dawson, explaining how often we should check our financial numbers and a full lecture on KPI’s and metrics, followed by an appearance by Brandon Dawson selling his successful business career while adding zero value to anyone in the room. The tone used by the presenters is the most condescending I have ever seen in any seminar or workshop, basically insinuating that they know better and the reason your company isn’t growing at a fast pace is because you aren’t using their tactics and strategies. On a few occasions they mocked the attendees during their questions or when story telling.
After traveling from San Diego and investing $8k in travel and workshop fees, signing a mandatory document agreement where I declined my right to a refund, I sat in a room full of people cheering for 3 sales professionals bragging about how much money they have been making in the last 5 years from misinformed business owners like myself while not delivering on their operations training promise. The workshop consisted of broad and confusing information on how to grow your revenue as fast as possible with no mention of resources or tools. They suggest the best way to get value is to pay $40k for the next seminar called 10x360 where they will coach you to the next level.
At the end of every session, a battalion of sales reps are eagerly awaiting to sell you more empty dreams and promises. It is a depressing sight if you are aware of their lousy strategy.
When it comes to Cardone Ventures the customer is the product, there is no concern on the delivery of the content because the sole reason you are attending the event is to sell you more and more while making promises of great success in the future.
Be smarter than I was and stay away from these crooks, you will thank me later.
In the business to line their pockets
My poor judgements led me to buy into this BS. I was bullied and berated on my phone call. They are trying to get more money! They refuse to refund my money. They also refuse to leave me alone. I recommend swiping right on by this site.
Customer Service highly unprofessional
I tried to order a few books from him. But they just won't answer to any messages, chats or mails. With more then a week of waiting. I guess Grant doesn't practice what he preaches about customer service and how to handle demands of clients. I bought a lot of courses from him in the past, but never again.

Just got done with the sales manager workshop and it was one of the best events I have been to. I had at least 4-5 things I can go back to my business and implemented immediately.

they wont leave you alone when you ask and they wont work with you or refund you if you pay for a service and are not able to attend and they are rude just horrible service all around

Constantly being spammed by this person. I have not purchased anything and I asked to be removed from all lists and yet, I keep getting emails.
Aggressive salespeople
Aggressive salespeople - bottom line. The good and the bad is that Grant works his butt off. He boasts that he won’t take no for an answer, or that he’ll just keep trying until he gets a yes. Great way to be resilient, but it’s super annoying and off-putting. Seriously annoying. As a consumer, when trying to buy into his program, that arrogance and lack of social awareness trickles down into his team as well. Service is lackluster, boastful, arrogant, rigid, and all around feels bad. People want to feel good about doing business with you. His approach just sucks.
Pitch your deal work shop.
Joined the Real Estate Club back in end of Fall of 2022, I didn't start the program until May 31 of 2023 due to a ankle injury. Evan was very accommodating to me, he said "you start when your ready". Without knowing what this program entailed, but I was confident enough at what I've seen about Grant Cardone online I took the dive. After a few zoom calls, Andres gave me the full run down of the whole program and it wasn't untill I attend the Pitch your deal work shop in September that my brain fully had an AHA! Moment, after that weekend, I went ahead and signed up for another year. 2 years of the program so I could fully understand everything, Of course I've learned a lot since my time here. I'm most definitely learning what not to do, and my main objective would be to nail 100 units,
Your being sold the program but its more about education and networking. Which is quite refreshing. The value is having a dedicated resource of information. Its ultimately up to you on how you implement that. I like that the club is responsive and gives you tools and direction on how to find a deal, and how to find funds. And corrects you when you are making mistakes. There's no pressure to invest in Cardone investments, so its not targeting you to fund him. But instead encourage to find a deal he might be willing to invest in your deal. My takeaway is he pushes for deals that are best for you. And helps you narrow that down. Running on cash flow.
High pressure high pressure sales he is…
High pressure high pressure sales he is a successful businessman there's no doubt but that doesn't mean others can replicate it and at the end of the day you might get something out of some of what he says because he is good at it but he's going to sell you and sell you and sell you ultimately that's all they want to do I would go read a good book about real estate you will do just as well... high pressure tactics ridiculous

I can really feel that the people in this company care about the success of the businesses they serve. Grant may get hate from the armchair quarterbacks on social media sometimes but he's the real deal and has built a good company.

Took 2 payments for the 10x vip
Package. Refunded one but the package never came.
After many emails and promises it would be available shortly, 4 months on and nothing.
I requested a refund but messages were ignored. Made a new contact thread with another customer services agent and eventually money was returned but no apology in sight.
