We learned so much from the program and are continuing to learn through this mentorship! Grant is a wealth of knowledge (no pun intended) and extremely generous with it and his time. So glad to be a part of this group! Thank you, Grant for sharing with us the things you have learned and for your willingness to help us reach our financial goals.

I recently purchased a program that was advertised with a money back guarantee and a 90-day payment plan. However, when I decided to request a refund, I encountered some unexpected obstacles. The company informed me that they would only refund one of the three payments, citing their policy of refunding only payments made within the last 30 days. This policy was never clearly communicated to me during the initial purchase, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. it is also not clearly stated in their refund policy they refer me to.

What further complicates matters is that I actually purchased two programs using different email addresses. Interestingly, one of the programs was promptly refunded in full for both payments, while the other has resulted in a prolonged and confusing process. It is perplexing to experience such inconsistency in their refund procedures.

Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to address another concern. The sales representatives associated with this company seem to have a persistent and pushy approach that borders on harassment. They do not easily accept "no" as an answer, which can be quite uncomfortable for customers.

Overall, my experience with this program and the company's refund policy has left me dissatisfied. It is important for companies to be transparent about their terms and conditions, particularly when it comes to refund policies, to ensure a fair and positive customer experience.

The event was amazing. Loved all of it!!! And I will be back next year!

I haven't even been to the event yet and I already cannot stand the beyond extremely pushy representatives. I've said over 20 times already, LEAVE ME ALONE AND STOP CALLING ME 50 TIMES A WEEK!!!!

SCAM ARTISTS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

After buying ONE course I have been hounded relentlessly for months by his uneducated goons to buy more services for my business. I asked multiple times to be placed on their do not call list and they continue to call. Do not provide them your information EVER!

In the most recent call by a "grant cardone salesmen"
-- I asked to speak to a manager and I was basically just ignored and asked over and over again "How big is your sales team?", ending in them just hanging up.

Every encounter with them has been nothing short of interacting with an uneducated used car salesman. Not only would I never want their advice if thats how they run their own business, the last thing I want is to have my time wasted by someone who clearly never made it out of the 8th grade.

Writing is on the wall -- the company is a con, and the tactics they teach their own salesmen I would never want reflected in my business. Entire organization is a bunch of Jokesters.

I would stay away at all costs.

Scam. They will not honor a cancellation. They ignore the request and keep billing.

The company was initially slow to respond to my customer service inquiry but when they did I was impressed with their response. My issue was dealt with and the outcome was a pleasant experience for me.

Sales persons are still students. I’ve been hung on twice because they think they can’t make money off of me. That’s there personal thinking worrying about a check they’re going to make instead of the check company will make now or later.
Grant has already invested in me, why stop now if it makes cents?
I can go on and on about my phone experiences with your sales pupils and their behavior.

Yoo! Uncle G! You’re an inspiration! I’ve been following you on YouTube for about a year now but my motivation, hope and energy has been renewed in the past two weeks since I purchased the 10X Interactive Boot Camp and joined “Cardon U”.
