Impressive product
Quick arrival, paint really good colour match to test card (Bengal) and nice to apply. Handy QR code that sends you to application advice on top of tin..which was handy as I didn't have my specs handy and could just scan and increase font size!!! Needed three coats, but that was expected. No nasty paint smells...because it's a friendly paint :)

Slow service
I have so far only ordered the paint colour chart and two of the peel and stick colour swatches. Unfortunately, the service was very slow so - it took over a week to get just the chart and swatches. So decided to use colours from a different company. Shame really but I didn't have the time nor the inclination to work at the slow pace of Graphenstone.

Just purchased paint once again as Graphenstone is now my go to for paint, no more trawling through other websites and colour charts. Once I had mastered mixing the paint I found it easy to apply and with a lovely finish. I highly recommend this company, exemplary customer service. Delivery fast and painless.

The perfect blue for colour drenching
I chose the Michelle Ogundehin Palest Blue to colour drench my sea facing bedroom. It’s the perfect blue for what I wanted to achieve and definitely not cold in feel. The paint arrived very quickly and I am very satisfied with my whole Graphenstone experience

Delivery was so fast
Delivery was so fast! The paint is easy to apply and gives a clean finish. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs to use a breathable paint. I also love that a tree gets planted for every purchase!

I was really excited about using this…
I was really excited about using this but I’m really upset because if you brush against the paint it leaves a mark and you can’t wipe it off or rub it. So every time I catch the wall with something - even something soft it’s marking. This is true for dark turquoise less so for dirty rose so maybe it’s an issue with the darker shades. We spent a fortune in this paint and we won’t be able to afford to repaint so it’s going to look terrible pretty quickly . Gutted tbh.

Many thanks for your comments here and I'm sorry to hear about these marks on your newly painted wall.
This is a common issue in vibrant paint shades. Intense, darker colours require a transparent base, to allow for the volume of pigments needed to get to these richer shades. This typically means that the pigments on the surface of the paint will react far more to impact, or any rubbing, certainly more so than paler colours, which use pastel or medium bases.
This effect is called 'burnishing'. This is an industry-wide issue, relating to the very high level of coloured tinter being added to either clear base (no opacity) or extra bright base (very low opacity), in order to produce a paint that has adequate depth of colour and opacity, or“hiding power”. It's even more noticeable in a matt finish too, since a gloss, oil based paint will inevitably show the marks less.
Also, please note that due to this more intensely pigmented base, the paints will also take longer to cure and harden, so ideally, where you can, it's better to avoid touching the painted surface for at least two weeks. Deep colours are more prone to “pigment transfer” (colour actually rubbing off) and subsequent surface marking, than lighter colours.

Start with a colour card
I requested a colour card for the lime paint products and an info sheet. Both arrived promptly after a couple of days.
The site now has a Visualizer so you can see what your room would look like in different shades. Fantastic. There is also a Heritage section with paint colours for older houses.
